EARTH ELECTRODES
copper bonded earth rods probably offer to the installer the best and most economical earth
rods available. They are made by molecularly bonding 99.9% pure electrolytic copper on to
a low carbon steel core.
Confusion often arises between thread and shank diameters for threaded rods. The thread
rolling process, used by quality rod manufacturers, raises the surface of the rod so that thread
diameter (B) is greater than shank diameter (A) (see drawing).

which can take place between dissimilar metals buried in close proximity. Furse stainless
steel earth rods are highly resistant to corrosion.
A kit include rod, drving head coupling dowel, driving stud and spike to make 8 ft rod.
Connections to the rods can be by mechanical clamps, compression.

steel
This product claded copper thickness more than 1.5mm,so the conductive good performance,
low resistance, and can be comparable to pure copper ground rod.
Driving Heads are made from hardened and tempered steel. lt is used protect the internal
thread and the top of the earth electrode when being driven into the ground.

Electrolytic Chemical Earth Rods
Product Introduction
Chemical earth rods provide a low impedance earth to effectively dissipate lightning and
electrical fault currents. The chemical earth rod is ideal for installation in locations where
space restrictions exist.
Characteristics
1. The chemical earth rod contains an ion rich crystalline mixture that when triggered by
inherent air moisture will start the release of free ions into soil. This continuously feeding
of moisture and free ions to the surrounding soil wil l ensure the oil remains at a highly
conductive state thus achieving a reliable low resistance of ground .
2. The main body of the chemical earth rod is manufactured from high corrosion resistance
copper alloy tubes to ensure maximum conductivity and prolonged service life.
3. The special design of soil to rod interface expands and contracts soil according to weather
conditions and surrounding environmental fluctuations. This enables the rod to maintain
contact with the surrounding soil and ensure a proper moisture level regardless of fluctuations
in weather or environmental condition.
4. The chemical earth rod is ideal for locations of high soil resistivity and dense buildings
for its good earthing effect, few occupied space, material-efficient and environmental
pollution-free.

Exothermic Welded Earthing Connections
Product Introduction
Exothermic welding are fused under the high temperature caused by the alumino-thermic
reaction to realize the high quality weld. The alumino-thermic reaction is carried out in the
high temperature resistant graphite CAD weld Mold, In normal conditions. more than 100
points can be welded with same mould and the reaction duration will spend about 4-6
seconds only.
1 .the operation is safe and no need for professional skill or special protection, so it is quite
easy.
2.No external power or heat is required. tools and equipments are simple. and operating
efficiency is high.
3. The purity of welded point is more than 97%, so it has high conductivity and anti-corrosion.
4. Does not loosen as the connection create a permanent molecular bonded.
5. Current carrying capacity of welded point is stronger than wire.
6. This method used widely and applicable for weld between coppers, copper and steel, copper
and galvanized flat steel etc.

Weld Point
Step1 Clean all conductors with a wire brush and then place
the conductors into position in the open mold. Be sure to
pre-heat mold prior to use.

Making An Exoweld Connection
Step2 Close the handle clamp to lock the mold into place.
Place the disk into position in the mold ensuring it is correctly
seated and covering the tap hole.
Step3 Place the weld metal into the crucible and
position the starting material on the lip of the mold
in preparation for ignition.
Step4 Close the cover and ignite using flint ignitor.
Open the mold after the metal solidifies. Remove the
slag from the mold before making the next connection.
Be sure to perheat mould prior to use.
Clean all conductors before weld.
Calm all conductors before lock the mould by handle clamp.
Don't stay anyone in front of the crater.
Clean the moulds after welded for the next connection.
Don't strike molds fiercely because its material is graphite.

Product Introduction
Grounding module is a kind of combined grounding material which can prevent corrosion
internally and reduce resistance externally, Metal bracket electrode core inside and solidfied
into corrosive proof material by means of high aluminosilicate. Then mixed with silicate is

TQYF Advance Pre-Discharge Lightning Rod Series Operation PrincipleThe TQYF series lightning rod adopts intermational advanced technique, presently it has
obtanined state patent, Its exciter absorbs and stores energy from nature electric field.
The air is well electrical connectior existed among reflector, point of lightning arresterand
earth, stays at eauipotential state So, under norma conditions, there is electric field strength
