Mother Nature is a member of the facultyAmid the 98 acres of our scenic Sonoran Desert campus, Mother Nature serves as instructor, classroom and learning habitat. MCC at Red Mountain has been recognized with the North American Native Plant Society’s 2014 Founders Conservation Award as well as the National Wildlife Federation’s Certified Wildlife Designation. The cienega at Red Mountain is a created wetlands refuge for endangered plants and animals including the Desert Pupfish, Gila Topminnow and Lowland Leopard Frog.

Earn Your Bachelor’s Degree at MCC

Our new partnership with Grand Canyon University includes five degree

pathways, three of which are offered at the Red Mountain campus. Students

can earn up to 84 MCC credits, and then complete their Bachelor of Science

degree at an MCC campus, taking GCU upper division coursework.
