TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The RSS program applies to all groups that book directly with any Palace Resort. All groups must have a “Check Out” status in order to enjoy the following benefits:

•For every 50 Room Nights booked at any Palace Resort or Le Blanc Spa Resort, earn a one-night stay at any Palace Resort except for The Grand at Moon Palace Cancun.

•For every 75 Room Nights booked at any Palace Resort or Le Blanc Spa Resort, earn a one-night stay at The Grand at Moon Palace Cancun.

•For every 100 Room Nights booked at any Palace Resort or Le Blanc Spa Resort, earn a one-night stay at any Le Blanc Spa Resort.

Upgrades to a One Bedroom Presidential Suite: •At any Palace Resort except The Grand at Moon Palace Cancun, 100 Room Nights must be redeemed for each Room Night reward stay.

•At The Grand at Moon Palace Cancun, 150 Room Nights must be redeemed for each Room Night reward stay.

•At any Le Blanc Spa Resort, 200 Room Nights must be redeemed for each Room Night stay.

*If no Presidential Suites are available at the time of booking, the next best category below a One Bedroom Presidential Suite will be offered, using the same number of Room Nights.

How would you redeem this benefit :•You have to contact us directly through rssgroups@palaceresorts.com or calling 888-731-7625.

•All Ready Sell Stay bookings must be requested no more than 60 days prior to arrival date (check in).

•Accommodation is valid for 2 people per room.•All Ready Sell Stay nights redemptions are based on room’s availability.

•Blackout dates include Easter, Summer, Thanksgiving Day and 52-Week (exact dates will be notified or pointed out during the booking process while checking availability).

•Additional in-room guests or additional rooms are subject to standard rates (rates will be notified or pointed out during the booking process while checking availability).

•Once the Group has checked out, this benefit will be valid for the following two years, which means you must book and travel before that period.

•A maximum of 1500 room nights per group will be considered in the calculation of reward nights earned, e.g. 30 nights stay at a Palace Resort excluding The Grand at Moon Palace Cancun, 20 nights stay at The Grand at Moon Palace Cancun and 15 nights stay at a Le Blanc Spa Resort.

•This program does not include air arrangements.•Airport transfers can be arranged for an additional fee. (For Cancun transfers, please contact: transfercancun@palaceresorts.com, for Jamaica please contact transfersjamaica@palaceresorts.com For Los Cabos please contact tourandtransfer@leblancsparesorts.com).

•This program is not combinable with any other promotion.•A charge of $10.00 USD per person and per night applies for taxes and gratuities at all Palace Resorts properties except for Le Blanc Spa Resort and Moon Palace Jamaica where a charge of $20.00 USD per person and per night applies (These quantities will be charged in national currency taking the exchange rate of the day).

•Palace Resorts and Le Blanc Spa Resort reserve the right to relocate any booking request from their resort of choice to an alternate resort within the Palace Resorts and Le Blanc Spa Resorts Group, based on availability.

•Palace Resorts reserves the right to withdraw or modify the terms and conditions of this program at any time without prior notice.
