Rose Quartz and Serenity finds its way to Tre Sorelle’s art

“Tre Sorelle” means three sisters in Italian. Artists and sisters, Sarah Linkey McAnerny, Rachel Linkey Ro-driguez, and Mary Linkey Hansen began as decorative mural artists. Their work has been sought after bytop designers, businesses, and upscale home owners in their home state of Arizona for several years, andhas been featured in design showcases, dream home tours, and on national design shows. Tre Sorelle Stu-dios became the next step in the evolution of this artistic family. They began to offer original designs, manyhand-painted on Stone, Canvas, Tile, and Glass. Their beautiful and whimsical designs can be found ontile murals, tableware, glassware, kitchen and home décor, furniture, and prints across the country.

TheMajesticCollection

Combining watercolors, my favorite medium, with elementsof nature and contemporary geometric patterns was theinspiration for this collection. I wanted to go beyond beigewith this neutral palette; using hues in cream, taupe, andgray while contrasting in charcoal, copper and gold gave methe depth I was looking for. Using the main painting asthe foundation, I extracted the individual elements to

create companion images. Isolating thegeometric patterns, added coordinating leaves in differentbackground colors and including a fern set in neutrals kept the collection growing. The series continues to expand with new ideas and requests. The possibilities are endless ”

Cynthia Coulter began painting as a child with much inspiration from her grandmother, an accomplished artist. Working inacrylics, oils and mixed media, Cynthia enjoys combining unusual elements together such as a romantic floral with an abstractor geometric shape. Her work is inspired by landscapes, flowers, leaves and other elements of nature. In addition to creatingbeautiful decorative art, Cynthia has had many years of experience as a designer in the wall covering field. She is truly passion-ate about her work and enjoys all aspects of painting. Cynthia is a native of New Jersey.

Pamela Gladding’s studio, nestled in the hills of east central Pennsylvania, is an inspirational place. Herextensive floral gardens and the animals, birds and insects accompanying them, provide seasonal ref-erences for her drawings and paintings. Pamela’s traditional training was originally directed toward thedecoration of harpsichords for various builders in the United States and Europe. Her commissions tookher to Italy, Switzerland, Amsterdam, and Paris. This intensive, specialized training has provided her witha good understanding of decorative design, which carries through to her designing today.

Jen Killeen has been painting and creating art since early childhood. She took private art lessons during her early school

years and later went on to receive a BFA, with a concentration in Textile and Graphic Design. After graduating from col-

lege, Jen went on to work as a designer and stylist for the home fashion industry, working for both wall covering and bed-

ding manufacturers, and most recently designing dinnerware. Jen’s inspiration for her work comes from shopping furniture
