EACH One Matters

EACH One Matters is a mental health support service for older people who are living in an aged care facility.

We can support you to improve your mental health to increase wellbeing and quality of life.

EACH One Matters provides:• Individual and group therapy tailored

to your needs;

• our mental health staff visit you at your facility;

• we work closely with facility staff, residents and your GP and families.

Who is this service for?EACH One Matters provides support for you if you are over 65 years of age and need to talk to someone about all the changes going on in your life. You may feel anxious about something and you just cannot shake it; sad or just not yourself. We are here to listen.

Referral can be made by the Clinical Care Manager, residents, GPs, family or carers.
