Evaluation is not as difficult as you think!!
DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO COOK PEKING DUCK?
No project level requirement at all.
You don’t need to master all the speaking skill before you take the evaluation role.
Everyone has his/her unique point of view.
MYTH NO.1 : I’M NOT QUALIFIED TO BE AN EVALUATOR!!!!
MYTHS NO.2: I CAN’T THINK OF A SINGLE POINT TO EVALUATE!!!
What are the 2 major elements of Evaluation?
- Good points
- Bad points/ room for improvement / suggestions
Intuition = Immediate feeling
Feel it.
Describe it.
Give reason.
Feeling: I get lost in the speech! I even
don’t understand the speech!
Feeling : Uncomfortable! Discriminated! Bored!
MYTHS NO.3: I CAN’T FORMULATE A 2.5 MINS EVALUATION SPEECH IN SUCH A SHORT TIME!!!
