E-mail marketingStep 1 : Go to www.mailboost.eu and register. If you already have a username and

login, then go to login and enter the application

E-mail marketingStep 2 : If you already have your username and password. Go to login and fill the

iusername and password.


E-mail marketingStep 3 : After the login you get into the ‘ overview page ‘ . First you have to load

your distribution list. Therefore you go to ‘ lists’ .


E-mail marketingStep 4 : In lists you click on ‘ Create list ‘ .


E-mail marketingStep 5 : Give a name for the distributionlist, select the list operator you used in your

csv formated file. Fill in what data is in what colums and save.


E-mail marketingStep 6 After you have loaded your distribution list . We will start with the creating

of the email campaign. Go to “ Campaigns “ – “ Create campaigns”


E-mail marketingStep 7 : Creating of a campaign is doen in 2 steps. In the first step you fill in the

main data as a campaignname, you select the lsit t owh oyou will mail your newsletter. You fill in a from name and a reply email adres ( from adres) Last but not least you select the time when you want the campaign being send out..


E-mail marketingStep 8 In the second step we create the newsletter. Ther are 4 ways of doing this.1) Loading the premade template 2) Loading a presend newsletter3) Fill in a url of a html page ( newsletter loaded on a server for example )4) copy/pasten the html code in the editor


E-mail marketingStep 9: Save and test your campaign. If all is ok you can aprove it and send it out.
