Introduction

This is a Training focus on How to use and maintain E-library Equipment; the training is

given for one day to our university Library staff, all ICT staff, School Department team

leaders, and school department student representatives. To solving so many problems such

as not well go with E-library equipements and software’s, not well to use internet for

teaching, learning and researching purposes, not well to use and troubleshoot deployed E-

library in our campus. This proposal is perpared to give training for first round to all E-

library staffs, Library team leaders and selected ICT staffs, Second round for all Library

staffs, Third round for school department team leaders and fourth round for all school

department student representatives . The result of the training will be all Library staff, all

ICT staff, School Department team leaders, and school department student representatives

to use E-library software and hardware equipments and to create awareness after taking

this training for other university community, for knowledge & skill transfer for the benefit

of the university technology learning activity to achieve its goal & strategy.

Objective of the training

The objective of this training is

To solving problems of using E-library for all teachers and students To solving problems working together with ICT staffs and Library staffs To solving knowledge gap between E-library staffs To reduce shortage of books To create awareness after taking this training for other university community for

knowledge & skill transfer.

Training Outcomes

ICT staffs and E-library staffs enable to solve problems of knowledge gap between them and going to work together

All library staffs have awareness of E-library and going to solve any shortage of books

All school department team leaders and student representatives create awareness to other community
