The prepaid nte of postage o n such packets is : ld. per 2 lb. The Inland rate of postage is: up to 2 lb., ld.; up to 5 lb., Id.; up to 0 lb., lid.; up to 11 lb., 2d.

These are In land postage rates. The Overseas rate is Id per 2 lb. up to limit of I~ lb.

The rate to be paid on postal articles containing only blind literature sent by or addressed to nny recognised institution for the blind and intended for transmission by air m ail to any destination whatever shall be 3d. for every 2 ounces or fractiona l part thereof.
