Advaita VaziraniFounder and Creative Director

After having spent most of her life in Europe, Advaita joined Foodlink in 2008. Knowledge of her worldly travels and work experience in the most high end hospitality businesses in and around Switzerland and the U.K pooled in together helped Advaita package Foodlink's event catering vertical as a brand to reckon with and take on new restaurant projects. With her leadership and vision coupled with in-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and gastronomic expertise she opened the Sky bar and grill restaurant in Pune in 2009, followed by Bungalow 9 in Bandra in 2011 and China Bistro in Thane in 2012 and subsequently the brand opened more outlets in Shivaji Park and Worli.

Advaita is a graduate in International Hotel and tourism business management from the prestigious hotel school of Le Roche, Switzerland. She also holds a higher diploma in international hospitality business from (IMI) International Management Institute in Kastanienbaum, Luzern (Switzerland) where she majored in marketing of hospitality businesses and strategic use of public relations for business development.

A perfectionist to the core and her passion for fine culinary and her extensive knowledge on mixology and wine and has made her gain tremendous reputation as a restaurateur in a short span of time. Under her focused management and excellent P.R. with the most sought after families of the city and celebrities alike she has got Bungalow 9 tremendous media attention and the prestigious times food guide award. In 2013, Advaita started a new culinary venture CRU. The vision of CRU is to establish itself as a gourmet catering company and do concept - based scalable restaurants across the city.
