DYWIDAG QuickEx® Removable Strand Anchor System

Key Features

■ QuickEx® System can be used for temporary tieback shoring that will be removed to prevent disturbance to future construction work on adjecent properties

■ Strands are fully removable due to the PE tube cover along the full anchor length

■ Patented anchorage system ensures easy and safe removal of the anchors

■ Strands can be extracted quickly with ease, even in low headroom conditions

■ Only PE tubes, compression bodies and footbox remain in the ground; they do not disturb future construction work (pile driving, excavation, TBM)

■ Patented compression body design ensures load transfer from the strands to the grout body

■ Removal process does not require any special equipment or trained personnel

■ Strands are not greased → no grease pollution disturbs later removal process

■ Removability can be tested immediately upon installation or at any other time during the service life

■ Anchors are delivered coiled on pallets and can be handled on site without any additional lifting equipment
