(ROI)DG Power Panel Projected ROI Refrigerated “Reefer” Trailers

The Federal Government has incentives for the installation of solar power. DynGlobal has developed patent pending technology for high-efficiency solar power which is very rugged but thin (“1/8 inch”) to install on the roofs of refrigerated “reefers” and/or local delivery vans. These incentives permit substantial tax credits for power producing systems. These incentives require that the solar panels and related equipment be used to generate power. Whereas, there are many solar companies which are selling systems for homes or large solar farms, I know of no other company which manufactures highly efficient solar panels for installation on reefers and vans to generate power to operate refrigeration compressors. Combining DynGlobal’s solar with zinc air batteries creates a system that represents the best of both worlds, the most efficient solar available with the latest in battery storage technology. Said system fully qualifies under the federal government’s tax incentive program. Both zinc air or Interstate’s AGM Batteries alone do not meet the requirement.

DG Power Panels are ready to install at OEM’s or to be retrofitted on trailers and delivery vans already in operation. The federal tax Incentives apply to both new OEM manufactured equipment as well as retrofitted on existing trailers and vans in the field. Retrofitted kit packages can be delivered to repair centers, distribution centers or selected repair facilities at major truck stops. The federal tax incentives will apply to the DG Power System, the age of the trailer or delivery van being irrelevant.

DG Power Panel Kit can be delivered to designated locations who have trained mechanics to install the equipment and maintain or repair damaged equipment.

Financing is available to Fleet Owners and Qualified Operators.

(ROI)Federal Incentive Program

US Federal Incentive Solar Program for Solar includes the following equipment:

• Solar panels producing energy • Wiring and connectors • Inverters and/or converters • Energy storage devices such as AGM or Zinc Air batteries Please note: Zinc Air batteries utilize advanced chemistry. Zinc Air batteries produce about double the power of an AGM battery or 2,500 watts of power while weighing 20% less. The Zinc Air battery will be available by 1st quarter of 2017arter of 2017. e incentive. y storage devices such as AGM or ZAF batteries Please note: ZAF batteries utilize advanced chemistry. ZAF

(ROI)Federal Incentive Program

• Presumptive Investment Costs 53foot Reefer Trailer:

• Solar Panels = ten (“10”) panels with 800 watts of optimal power production per six (“6”) sunlight per day = 800watts x ten (“10”) = 8000watts x six (“6”) sunlight hours = 48,000 optimal watts of power. Average consumption of power per hour for a new refrigeration unit is reported to be 5,200 watts per hour.

• DynGlobal’s solar will produce sufficient energy for at least ten (10) hours of reefer operation with fully charged batteries.

• DOT requires drivers to rest after about 10 hours on the road. Most drivers utilize this required downtime to eat, rest, refuel or sleep at truck stops.

• Under new no-idle and AQMD/CARB regulations, drivers cannot idle their engines. The engines must be turned off. Most sleeper cabs require the engine to idle to supply power to AC/HVAC units. Some AC/HVAC units use AGM batteries to charge for power during no-idle circumstances. These AGM batteries use the engine to keep the batteries charged. The market to replace AGM batteries with Zinc Air technology and DynGlobal solar panels is a market which exists, but has not been evaluated.

• Costs for wiring, inverters, converters and/or EV plug cables is projected to be less than $1,000 per vehicle.

• AGM batteries from Interstate cost about $300 each.

(ROI)Federal Incentive Program

Legal counsel has informed DynGlobal that the Federal incentive program through 2017 will be applied to a system as follows: • Investment tax credit (“ITC”) first year = 30 percent • Bonus depreciation first year = 50% of remaining investment • Five (5) year remaining depreciation life on solar systems • The entire system is written off within five (5) years after investment. Thus for the purposes of this program, a five-year life is assumed. • Please keep in mind that the solar panels, connectors and other equipment will have an operating life exceeding 15 years.

• This example presumes the life of Zinc Air batteries have a life exceeding five (5) years. It is understood that AGM batteries have an operating life of five (5) years and then are replaced as needed. It is projected the expected life of Zinc Air batteries will have a life of 7 to 8 years.

Please note: http://www.seia.org/policy/finance-tax/depreciation-solar-energy-property-macrs

An example of how these depreciation credits are applied to federal taxes is calculated using diesel fuel costs of $3.00 per gallon. Currently diesel fuel is being sold lower than $3.00 per gallon in some markets. It is believed that the price of diesel fuel will rise over time, as has been experienced in the past. Most new Thermo King or Carrier refrigeration condensers consume about .7 gallons of diesel fuel per hour of operation. Older units consume about 1.0 gallon of fuel per hour of operation. For this example, newer refrigeration condensers using .7 gallons per hour is used for the calculation.

(ROI)Federal Incentive Program

Please Note: Typical maintenance costs for Thermo King or Carrier refrigeration compressors are normally budgeted at $1.00 per operating hour. This figure may vary contingent on in-house repair facilities or truck stop facilities. Presuming the maintenance costs of $1.00 per operating hour for 8,760 hours per year would add $8,760 to the cost being offset with DynGlobal’s Solar Energy System. Refrigeration maintenance costs have not been included in these calculations. Likewise, the loss of refrigerated cargo goods value due to compressor failure is not included in these calculations. Note: The Federal Tax Depreciation Values are provided by a large multi-office law firm with specialists in solar and federal regulations related to depreciation values described herein. DynGlobal believes the combination of solar energy and AGM/Zinc Air batteries as a package for the fleet owner makes economic and logistical sense. Likewise, there are logistical advantages to coordinating battery production logistics with solar panel production to enable shipment of total kits to fleet owners, distribution centers, truck stops and independent installers. Upon reaching these sites, the total system can be installed on an existing reefer within 4 to 6 hours.• Please note: DynGlobal and a vehicle partner can develop mobile “pony” auxiliary power units which

maintain trailer temperature similar to using shore/grid power units while trailers are loaded at cold storage distribution centers. These “pony” auxiliary power units can be used while the reefer is waiting for loading as well as after loading waiting for a tractor to take the load. The “pony” unit is effectively a portable shore/grid electric power source.

DG Power Panels

• DynGlobal Power Panels are constructed of aerospace composite materials.

• DG Power Panels are rugged. The US Military uses DG Power Panels for alternative energy supply in hostile environments.

• DG Power Panels are 1/8 inch thick.

• DG Power Panels are light weight. The DG 800 Watt panel weighs about 20 pounds each. including electric connectors and cabling.

• DG Power Panels are bonded to the roof of 53’ or 24’ trailers with urethane adhesive. The adhesive is similar to the adhesive material used by Corvette Automobiles and Peterbilt Tractors.

• DG’s adhesive bonds the panels to an aluminum trailer roof and will withstand winds of 120 mph.

• DG’s electrical connectors are standard water-tight solar connectors.

• Maintenance is performed on the panels when the trailer is washed at a truck wash to remove dust or debris.

• Electrical connectors are recommended to be inspected during normal vehicle maintenance or every six (6) months.

DG Power PanelsNew Rules and Regulations

• Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) • Refrigerated carriers face a bevy of new mandates governing not only the condition and operation of

equipment used to transport foodstuffs but the capture and preservation of shipment temperatures, along with driver training requirements.

• The new rules devolve from the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) passed by Congress and signed into law by President Obama back in 2011.

• ‘Food Safety Documentation Act’ there is nothing really new in it in terms of ‘modernization” “But what it does is involve the FDA [the U.S. Food and Drug Administration] in the food supply chain as an enforcement agency. The reason shippers need to pay attention to FSMA is due to two words: “criminal prosecution.”

• Shippers and receivers are the main targets of the FSMA. Refrigerated carriers become involved as the new rules require detailed temperature data to be collected and maintained, while imposing equipment and driving requirements as well.
