Blue Hydraulics takes productivity to the next level
As the global leading manufacturer, we are at the top of product development and provide the best equipment in the world for our customers. Now we have brought Dynaset Blue Hydraulics product line to the market. It covers 17 new products and numerous technical innovations for the new models of Dynaset equipment to improve productivity and reliability.
The world’s best power-to-size ratio is further improved because we have been able to shrink several products to even more compact size. For example already compact K-series HWG Welding Generators’ length is reduced over 10 per cent.
We launched more powerful equipment e.g. the new HK450 Hydraulic Compressor which is replacing HK400 model. The maximum air flow of HK450’s is higher than HK400’s with lower power requirements. Therefore the new HK450 Hydraulic Compressor has significantly higher efficiency.
We can serve the customers better due to our product range is expanding. For example brand new HKR Hydraulic Screw Compressor series completes the selection of piston and rotary vane compressors.
Dynaset Blue Hydraulics product line provides the best power-to-size ratio in the world and will help our customer’s work machine to reach the new height of productivity.

Our company’s goal in R&D is to improve the productivity of a customer’s mobile machine. As a result Dynaset hydraulic equipment is rational investment towards a more profitable business. As the global leading manufacturer, we want to be at the top of product development and provide the best equipment in the world for our customers.
Dynaset launched new Blue Hydraulics product line on March 6th at Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. The product line covers 17 new products and numerous improvements to the new models of current products.

We take great proud of manufacturing reliable hydraulic equipment. As a result of R&D, we bring numerous technical innovations for Blue Hydraulics product line that makes Dynaset hydraulic equipment even more reliable. The product line provides the best power-to-size ratio in the world and our customer’s work machine can reach the new height of productivity.
Good things live through the test of time
Many of the improved components are compatible with old products. If Dynaset products need service, the new components can be fitted to the older model of Dynaset equipment and this way a customer will receive it back as an improved model.
The Dynaset Blue Hydraulics proves once again the company’s capability to bring unique designing pioneer products to the market. We are happy to build the market and show the way to followers. For everyones delight, we are not done yet with launching world leading hydraulic products.

By customer’s request, Dynaset developed a new series of screw compressors as an alternative to rotary vane and piston compressors. HKR Hydraulic Screw Compressors in various applications produce compressed air for industry, agriculture, forestry, public sector, mining, energy industry, constructions, transport etc.
Engineering is shown as the quality factors of the products. Advanced technological solutions allow long working life and efficiency. Powerful Dynaset HKR Hydraulic Screw Compressors are suitable for continuous heavy use in demanding conditions.
Compact size guarantees an easy installation on all machines. The cooling works with the help of a carrier machine’s hydraulic system therefore compressor doesn’t need water cooling systems or air circulation systems. This cooling system decreases risk of overheating and allows 24/7 usage. HKR Hydraulic Screw Compressor is powered by hydraulics of the carrier machine, on that account it doesn’t require any space for an extra engine or fuel tank.
Dynaset HKR has a quick return on investment. Since the unit is powered by hydraulics, it doesn’t need any extra fuel or additional engine to run. Low maintenance technology and high

New valves can be freely assembled from module slices that are stack together in a sandwich manner. HMV concept consists of end flanges and series of modules such as solenoid valves, reducing valves and flow limiters. They also include integrated LS-line for collecting load signal to variable displacement hydraulic pumps.
When installing two or more hydraulic units, such as Dynaset HG hydraulic generator and HPW power washer and HK hydraulic air compressor, the HMV system is cost effective solution. A customer saves in part costs and especially in labor that is required to design and build a traditional valve and LS-pipe control system.The construction of HMV valve system is

The FLC cartridge allows easy adjustment for all Dynaset equipment. From high flow requiring units to smallest ones, the system allows the best possible precision to counter load changes when working with hydraulic generators and hydraulic air compressors.

Dynaset’s hydraulic drive kits ready for installation. The FLC speed control cartridge can be used with the thousands of old Dynaset units serving customers around the world.
The new cartridge has been developed from start to finish at Dynaset and that allows better control over the quality and cost structure of end products. This will bring great advantages for all customers.
New FLC cartridge can also accept pilot control with compact rotating fitting. This can be utilized in both HK hydraulic compressors and
HG hydraulic generators to switch unit on and off easily.
Smaller size and Dynaset’s specific features will pave the way for new generation of products in all categories. The first customers to get hold on the new technology will be the users of new Dynaset Blue Hydraulics equipment.
