• A WO captures the essence of the issue that needs to be resolved or service that needs to be performed.• It contains all relevant information
including the Service Location, Description, Tasks to be performed, Parts/Equipment needed etc.

Scheduling (Scheduling Assistant)• It allows the Dispatcher to schedule the Work
Order quickly and effectively taking many variables in to account including Time windows, Skills Required, and Distance to the service location.
