We just increased our stock levels on rivets to over 75 MILLION pieces, of which over 55 MILLION are prepainted. Our rivets are almost exclusively stocked in bags of 250 pieces – for your ease of ordering and your efficient disbursing to your crews. All D•F stainless rivets come standard with a grooved-mandrel versus the cheaper smooth-mandrel. The grooved-mandrel allows the jaws of your rivet tool to get a better grip and reduce slippage – to more effi-ciently install these rivets. D•F prepainted rivets never have any paint on the mandrels to gum-up the jaws of your rivet tool. Also, there is never a “paint set-up charge” when purchasing prepainted rivets. Our goal is to typically have in stock the rivet that you need, already painted, to precisely match your panel supplier’s standard colors. However, please be aware that when matching paint colors for relatively small lot sizes, there will always be a certain degree of inconsistencies – thus, there must always be a few color-shades of tolerance.

Tired of wasting your time and effort pulling rivets by hand? This 14.4-volt battery powered rivet tool will pull your rivets with just a squeeze of the trigger. The Accubird can pull 1/8” to 3/16” standard rivets. The Powerbird can pull 3/16” to 1/4” standard rivets (but NOT 1/8” rivets) and it can pull the Butler Bulb-Tite 9/32” rivet with optional adapters. Safety too – the spent mandrels get collected in the twist-off cap at back of tool, no longer falling aimlessly to whatever/whomever may be below..79” stroke length. 1,900 lbs. max pulling force. With 2,000 lbs. of pulling force, this rivet tool can pull up to 3/16” stainless rivets. Once the mandrel is inserted into the tool, the tool will “hold” the rivet in any position - hands free. “Spent mandrel collector” on rear of tool.
