In D&C 20, verse 53, the Lord explains, “The teacher’s duty is to watch over the church always, and be with and strengthen them”….Brother Beck asked us to substitute “Family” for “Church” in that verse. A young man CAN effectively watch over his own family as well as the families he home teaches.
