DESCRIPTION
Rishi Bijoykrishna of Howrah (also was fondly called as Howrah's Thakur--the god of Howrah) used to perform Durga Puja and Puja of Viswamata (Universal Mother). The divine words and the mantras originated from him during the Durga Puja of 1937 are recorded in this book by his devoted disciple Sarala Devi who was also the niece of Ravindranath Thakur(Tagore). Durga is Mukhya Praana or the Universal Life goddess of the Veda and Her Puja was also celebrated as asvamedha yagna during the ancient ages of the kings.This book is written in Bengali(Bangla).TRANSCRIPT
