Swimming Program 2010for

Educational Classroom Program2 days / week

Our swimming program for the summer will begin on June 15th. Swimming lessons will be offered through the YMCA at the Kroehler Family Center located in downtown Naperville. The program is available to children who are 3 1/2 years or older. Swimming lessons are in two 4-week sessions, 2 days a week, Tuesday and Thursday, for 1 hour each day. (This is a total of 8 lessons per session.) Lessons are from 10 am to 11 am.

A school bus/van will be rented to transport the children, accompanied by our staff to the pool. The cost for the swim lessons, instructors and the transportation for the session is $150.00 per child.

There is one instructor for every 4 children and a lifeguard at the pool. Children will be tested the first day and put into an appropriate level according to their skills.

Please send your child dressed in a swimsuit underneath his/her clothes. They should wear slip-on shoes or sandals on lesson days. (No tie shoes, please.) Have underwear and a towel in a swim bag. Girls with long hair need to tie it back in a ponytail or in a swim cap.
