Who are we
We are a dynamic and flexible
construction consultancy committed to
providing a broad range of services to our

We were established by two former senior
managers of the local business unit of a
global construction consultancy in
response to the changing demands and
needs of the expanding market.

Our Management Team
Kevin Duke
BSc MSc MSCSI MRICS

Kevin is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with
over 25 years’ experience including working at
executive level in an organisation providing
service delivery and strategic development and
direction both internally and externally.
He has extensive cost and project management,
procurement, due diligence and expert witness
experience gained over a wide range of sectors
including commercial, retail, residential,
infrastructure, education, health, leisure, high
tech/manufacturing, pharma/life sciences and
refurbishment on projects ranging in value from
€100,000 to €3BN+.
He has successfully delivered schemes for local
and global clients using a wide variety of
procurement routes.
Joseph McCaffrey
BSc (Surv) MSc MSCSI MRICS

Joseph is an energetic, hands on, self-motivated
professional Chartered M&E Quantity Surveyor
with solid project experience specialising in the
cost management of mechanical and electrical
services on technical engineering projects.
He has worked in large consultancy practices
for over 15 years where he successfully cost
managed major construction projects in both
the UK and Ireland. Some key experience
includes Data Centres, Hotel and Leisure, large
scale residential and office fit out projects with
value of €150,000 to €300M+.

Cost Management and Quantity
Surveying Cost Management encompasses the various
aspects of quantity surveying used to deliver
construction schemes and projects within budget
parameters and realises value for money for the
client.
Project Management
Project Management encompasses the planning
and management of various activity streams
within the design and delivery aspects of
construction schemes and projects to achieve
successful completion and achieve the clients’
desired outcomes.
MEP Services Cost Management
MEP Services Cost Management focusses the
quantity surveying activities on the high value
mechanical, process, lift and electrical services
installation elements of schemes and projects to
achieve value for money across the supply chain
and delivery cycles.
Due Diligence Assessment & Reporting
Due Diligence involves the coordination and
management of in-house and specialist technical
consultants carrying out due diligence activities
on proposed/completed schemes or projects
prior to acquisition/disposal.
Project and Fund Monitoring Services
Project and Fund Monitoring involves carrying
out initial due diligence on construction
developments prior to providing finance. The
service is typically expanded to monitor progress
during procurement and/or construction phases.
Consultancy Services
We offer a range of flexible service offerings that
provide clients with valuable solutions to their
business needs including Financial Modelling,
Project Audits, Bid Management, Procurement
Advice, Capital Allowances, Insurance
Reinstatement Valuations and Dispute
Resolution Support including Claims Assessment,
