HDPE, HMHDPE, PPGL, PVC, TEFLON, EVA and UHMWPE based sheets

and rods.

Management and Organization Profile

The company is promoted by Shri Manoj Dugar and Shri Rajesh Dugar

Shri Manoj Dugar s/o. Late Shri C.M.Dugar is a commerce graduate. He is

presently Chairman in Dugar Polymers Limited and Managing Director at

Basudeo enterprises private limited. He also possesses more than 20 years

expertise and experience in the field of distribution and marketing in polymer

products. At present he is looking day to day affairs of the company. He is

well versed with general administration and financial management of the

company.

Shri Rajesh Dugar s/o Late Shri C.M. Dugar has completed intermediate. At

present Shri Rajesh Kumar Dugar is Managing Director at Dugar Polymers

Limited. His extensive industry experience and in depth process knowledge

has enabled to achieve many milestones for the company.

Further top management is supported by a strong and committed team of

managers and other supervisors who have good skills and experience in

relevant field.

internationally acclaimed machinery and our uncompromising need for

We have developed a well set system most ideal to create the right

atmosphere to work productively. We have constructed over 70,000 Sq. Mtr

of built-up area on a plot area of over 1 lakh Sq. Mtr area, with concrete

internal roads and workmen quarters and a kitchenette and around 25000

Sq. Mtr. of storage area.

Machinery

We are best equipped with Four internationally acclaimed extrusion

sheet plant and eleven internationally acclaimed extrusion Rod plant to offer

standard and customized plastic sheets & Rods in Poly Propylene (PP), High

Density Poly Ethylene (HDPE), High Impact Poly Styrene (HIPS), PVC,

UHMWPE, LDPE and EVA with sheet thickness up to 200 mm, width up to

2000 mm and length as desired and Rod up to OD 305mm, wherein we pride

ourselves as being the first and only company to offer the above mentioned

dimensions.

Product Portfolio

D-Sign

Our D-Sign range of polymer sheets is most ideal for total signage

solutions. Specially developed Sheets in clear, Milky white, off-white, bright

yellow shades possess the characteristics necessary for Quality signage

products.

This premier range of sheets can be used extensively in production of front lit

and back lit glow sign boards, Billboards, Name Plates, Vehicle Number

plates, POP’s, Display systems, interior signage systems, transport display

systems and other signage and display solutions.

D-Mould

High Strength pressed and thermoforming sheets in PP / HIPS / ABS

for use in industrial and engineering applications. These sheets finds primary

use in Automobile Industry, Consumer Durables industry in the manufacture

of interior lining of refrigerator doors, washing machines and many other

industrial and engineering applications.

D-Fold

High Quality sheets exclusively for manufacturing of plastic files and

folders, Visiting card cases, Presentation folders, Seminar Bags, Computer

binders, conference files and other quality stationery and novelty products.

D-Pack

Plastic sheets have rapidly evolved to become the mainstay of the

packaging industry. We offer a range of plastic sheets to suit specific

packaging needs and find its use in suitcase walls, partitions and bottom

floors of hand bags, school bags and travel bags, packaging of gift articles,

boxes for novelty products, packaging of Granite blocks and most other

packaging applications. The base material used being PP, HDPE, LDPE and

EVA

D-Cans

This range of Plastic sheets is designed for manufacturing of spinning

cans also known as silver cans or card cans, finding its use in the spinning

and textile Industry.

D-Chem

The anti-corrosive nature of these sheets finds its use in the chemical

industry as lining material for insulation of chemical tanks and storages.

Available in PP and HDPE materials, reinforced with a layer of Glass lined

cloth, more commonly known as PPGL and HDPEGL. Also available reinforced

with Jute cloth.

D-Décor

D-Décor is our special range of plastic sheets for use in various interior

and household applications like partition boards, table mats, artificial ceiling

and a host of other applications.

D-Board A premier range of polymer sheets specifically created for manufacture

of writing boards for both chalk and marker pens. Also ideal for use as chalk

writing boards.

D-Form

Thermoforming and Vacuum forming sheets in PP / HIPS ideally suited

for manufacturing of disposable cutlery like bowls, cups, plates, food packing

boxes, tumblers and other light use disposable products. These sheets can

also be used for packaging of consumer goods like torch batteries, and other

smaller consumer and industrial products.

D-Ortho

D-Ortho is our premier range of plastic sheets developed in PP, HDPE

& LDPE is most ideal for use in manufacturing of artificial limbs and

orthopedic products.

D-Line

Our D-Line range of sheets is most ideal for use as lining materials for

various applications like water proof lining in concrete structures, canals and

drainage lining, Water Reservisors Lining, Pit lining, Surface Lining, Aqua

pond linings etc.

D-Lam

Our D-Lam range of sheets is most ideal for use as lamination

materials as door skins, furniture laminates etc.

D-Rod

D-Rod range of Dugar serves the plastic rod market with highest

potential in production & quality in the market. Quality product range in

Round shapes and Square shapes are available in market. This product is

supplied in PP, HDPE, Nylon, Derlin, Teflon etc. material.

Duva-GI DUVA-GI is a trade name for Dugar’s product used for glass interlining

the base if this special product is ethylene vinyl acetate. It can produce the

laminated glass, which could be used for building, fitment, industrial uses etc. and also can produce various functional glasses, such as the PDLC switchable glass, burglarproof glass etc.
