What is the basic procedure?

The procedure is as follows:

o Revision of your documentation of your timeshare purchases. We will send you a “visibility report” that will specify the amount that can be claimed.

o Preparation of service agreement to start your claim procedure, power of attorney (POA) for

the Spanish courts, guarantee letter for your claim and invoice for the 1st part of the payment

due for all legal and processing cost.

o Once we received your signed service agreement, POA and 1st payment you will receive the confirmation that your case has been approved and accepted from the lawyer that has been appointed to your case.

o Within a maximum of 90 days your case will be filed and presented to the Spanish courts and a

written confirmation from Lexnet (Lexnet is a platform for the secure exchange of information and

legal documents with the Spanish courts) from your appointed lawyer.

o Once your case has been filed and presented in the Spanish courts you will receive the invoice for your 2nd and final payment for all legal and processing cost.

o Your appointed lawyer will now await the court date for your case.

o On the date that has been appointed by the Spanish court your contracts of your purchases will be presented to be “null and void” based on the “European Timeshare directive” in order to claim for a full refund on your purchase and any additional amounts that you are entitled to. How will I know what the status of my claim is?

During the whole process you will receive regular updates on the progress of your claim from your

appointed lawyer.

What Documentation will be required for my case?

Copies of your original contracts with the resort.

Copy of Passports POA (document provided by Ruben Padron S.E.J.)

Do I still have to pay any fees against my contract(s) during the process?

This depends on the current legal status of the timeshare organization that issued your contract.

Are there any further cost involved?

There is a 10% fee that will be charged by your appointed lawyer after payout of your claim.

What guarantees do we provide?

A written guarantee that your case will be filed and accepted in the Spanish court within 90 days

upon receipt of all the required documentation. In the rare occasion your appointed lawyer fails to

file and get your case accepted in the Spanish court you will receive a full refund.

A written and signed confirmation from your appointed lawyer that your case is accepted.
