Dublin By Night
- Format and section introductions inspired by Jamies Living London.Introduction - coming soon.
Anna, the Prince
That is what must be.
Anna the plural, the multifarious, the myriad; she is many things, but above all she is the Prince of
Dublin, with all that entails. That said it was not so long ago that that fact was forgotten, with her
seneschal ruling in her place, though the circumstances surrounding her disappearance, return, and
the extensive interim between the two remain shrouded in mystery. She maintains an enigmatic air
about her person, which is not difficult given how rarely she interacts with the Kindred of the city
beyond the Dukes and Primogen of the Council. Nevertheless, she is thought to be a patient and fairruler, though possessed of a terrifying foresight and subtlety that combined have ensured her
unchallenged sovereignty over the city.
Anna is practically a ghost, passing unseen throughout her domain. Even those granted audience
with her are not guaranteed to see her, instead being spoken to through a mediator; those who
have seen her, and chosen to speak of it, report conflicting details, though a vibrant youthfulness
and delicate beauty are consistently specified.
Grinne, the Sheriff
Intruders are prey.
The Sheriffs fiercely territorial nature is usually one of the first things Kindred learn about when
coming to the city; those that fail to do so invariably enter Phoenix Park and are never heard from
again. Beyond that, however, little is certain about her, though there is plenty of speculation. It is
commonly said, for example, that Grinne was here before the city was; though why she does not
then claim domain over the city remains unexplained. Indeed, she remains distant from city affairs,
despite being its Sheriff, only seeing to very serious matters personally and rarely attending any
formal meetings; much of the day to day responsibilities are delegated to the Deputy. It goes
without saying that anymatters she sees fit to involve herself in are rapidly resolved.
Grinne is rarely seen, and even then rarely seen clearly. She is reported to be of middling height,
with unkempt hair of a rich brown, reminiscent of oak. She is possessed of a wild, natural beauty
which, though clearly touched by the curse of her clan, is little marred by it; delicate antlers lace
themselves through her hair and her eyes are chillingly reptilian. She typically clothes herself in deer
hide or other animal skin.
Samuel, the Scourge
I do believe Im going to enjoy showing you how much you want to help me.
-

2/23
Samuel quite clearly enjoys his position, taking great pleasure in ferreting out the dregs of kindred
society and purging those he cant make a use of; though those that survive often find that being
useful comes with its own problems, not least among them an uncertain lifespan. While his
methods may be remarked upon with distaste behind closed door, he performs his duties with
remarkable efficiency, and the established kindred of the city much prefer having to offer him the
respect due his station, to the state of affairs before his instatement, when his energies were much
more widely directed. He can be quite charming and sociable when he chooses to be, but only nave
fledglings have ever been known to describe him as nice, and they are typically quickly disabused of
that notion one way or the other.
Samuel is a rather gaunt individual, though not unhandsome, of local descent. He keeps his medium
length, dirty blond hair as tidy as his dress, and is possessed of a rather intense blue-grey gaze. His
smile is more chilling than charming, though he at least manages to keep his body language, perhaps
unnervingly, friendly and relaxed.
Orlaith Rionach, the Seneschal
Speak your piece.
Orlaith was, up until recently, considered to be Prince of Dublin, a position she had been maintaining
admirably, though her particular curse added to the one afflicting the city did cause a number of
problems, and generally made her more aloof than she otherwise would have been. However, with
the return of Prince Anna and the renewal of the citys leadership a modicum of sanity has returned
to her allowing her to resume her position as right hand to the Prince. She is a dedicated and
involved Seneschal, considered to have the Princes complete trust and authority, and is possessed
of a startling insight into all matters she deals with. As one of the more consistent Malkavian leaders,
and given her authority and relative approachability, she often attends to matters of dispute
between kindred of the city, in which she has demonstrated herself to be remarkably impartial.
The Seneschal is a pretty, young woman, with blonde hair, calm, green eyes and fair skin dotted with
freckles. Since Annas return Orlaith has regained her ability to wear clothes, and has taken to
dressing rather modestly, keeping her hair tied back in a bun or plat. She rarely smiles, instead
adopting a forthright, business-like attitude in all her dealings.
Dietrich Adler, the DeputyCharacter by Rosemary Cripps
What has Olaf done now?
Dietrich is the elder Regent of the recently re-emerged First Tremere Chantry of Dublin and as such
was already due great respect (or fear) from the Kindred of Dublin. However, following a bold,
private meeting with Grinne on her own territory, from which he emerged unscathed (much to
everyones surprise), he was granted the title of Deputy which had recently been vacated rather
mysteriously by the previous incumbent following his disappearance in the sewers beneath the city.
He is considered a formidable Warlock, though only rumours attest to what he is capable of;
unfortunately, given his limited time out in the city, information about him is similarly limited. He isclearly of German origins, and his grasp of English has at times been observed to be a little dated.
-

3/23
However those who have spoken with him have found him to have a calm, controlled, affable
manner, with a few commenting that he smiles a suspicious amount for a Tremere Regent. How he
shapes up as Sheriff for the majority of intents and purposes remains to be seen.
Dietrich appears as a man in his late twenties or early thirties, of above average height, with a
slender build, and tawny blond hair of medium length, kept tidy. He has sincere, hazel eyes, though
many might view them with the same suspicion they grant his warm smile. While observed to wear
suits for meetings, he clearly favours more casual attire that also reflects his embrace of the modern
nights, typically consisting of jeans and a shirt. Regardless of his dress, however, he is given to
wearing a number of items of jewellery, including an impressive pendent and single garnet earring.
The Dukes
As it expanded, Dublin continued to rely on the administration of the sovereign Principalities-
become regions of a larger city, by elder kindred, though now made subordinate, typically (though
not always) the former Princes of those respective regions. Those that disagreed with Prince Annasopinions on the matter soon changed their minds, or found them changed for them. That said up
until her disappearance fully consolidated control was beyond her reach. Time and the curse on
those clinging to titles did her work for her, however (although some speculate assisted by some
long term schemes coming to fruition); upon her return Prince Anna had complete authority over
the entirety of the county. For the purposes of effectively ruling such a large area apportioned
administration was still required, however, and so taking inspiration from London the Prince instated
a number of Dukes from among the influential kindred of the city. While these Dukes are as Princes
within their domains, they are all still answerable to the Prince, who maintains the power and
authority to remove and fill positions as she sees fit.
Victoria Neat, Duke of Swords, Malahide, and Howth; Ventrue
Before you draw your sword you should know I am not amused by puns.
Ms Neat, as one of the few Ventrue in the city, seems to embody all the strengths of her clan; she
has an indomitable will and iron determination that, together with a singular (though never
maliciously abused) skill with oratory and manipulation, has seen her build up her influence from
less than nothing to what it is today. She is more commonly referred to as the Duke of Swords,
reflecting her steely temperament and sharp tongue, despite her domain covering other areas of the
city, including Dublin Airport. Her control of the airport in particular has given her the additional
clout, both financial and political, to become one of the most dominant forces in Dublin. For all her
designs and scheming, however, she is unfailingly dignified and reasonable in her dealings; her word
carries weight, as does her approval.
In appearance Ms Neat is old, perhaps in her fifties or sixties, yet vital; her small figure stands
straight, and she gives off an impression of strength and good health. Her blonde hair is cut short
around her jaw, while her imperturbable dark eyes are framed by features that could be described
as sharp. Her manner is typically business-like and patient, and it is a fool who would try to provoke
her to anything else.
Hj Benjirou , Duke of Northside; Assamite
-
7/27/2019 Dublin by Night
4/23
Curiosity is admirable in a student, should he possess restraint.
More often than not referred to as Old Ben, the Duke of Northsides domain stretches from
Blanchardstown to Clontarf covering a sizable part of the heart of the city. He is one of a minority of
Camarilla Assamites, though he manages a small brood of devoted clan mates, and so is held with a
fair degree of suspicion and fear by many in the city. He is known to be particularly traditional in his
oversight and administration of his territory, requiring all who wish the use of it to present
themselves to him, and abide by strict rules. While he is well known to be greatly concerned with
correctness, etiquette, and formality, he is also willing to share the benefits of his wisdom with those
who know how to ask for it and has mentored a variety of kindred in Dublin and beyond.
Old Ben is of Japanese descent, though his skin is uncharacteristically dark in hue. He keeps his head
cleanly shaven to match his lightly scarred face, speculated to be from sword wounds received in
life. Physically he appears to be perhaps in his late thirties, or early forties, though his bearing speaks
of his incredibly age, as his deep brown eyes speak of his wisdom. He is prone to careful, graceful, unhurried movement, and typically dresses in lightly embroidered robes of fine material and make.
Father Caleb McGoldrick, Duke of Lucan, Clondalkin, and Kimmage; Brujah
No need to stand on ceremony.
Father Caleb, as he is most commonly referred to in recent nights, has had a long and varied history
in Dublin. Once a violent and rash, if fair, Lord and Primogen, the centuries have seen him take a less
aggressive, more benevolent stance to relations with the other kindred of Dublin. He is known for a
having a strong sense of right and wrong, as well as a fierce protectiveness of the working class
communities within his Domain, but is always willing to lend an ear and offer advice to those who
ask for it, and so is regarded as one of the more approachable Dukes. Many kindred choose to settle
in his domain for that reason, though those lacking in self-control also find that the Father does not
tolerate violation of the unwritten rules he holds to. His Domain includes some of the poorest,
densest parts of the city, not to mention a prison or two, and he chooses to live simply to reflect
that, abhorring ostentatious displays of wealth.
Greying hair sets of a friendly face, with laughter lines around patient blue eyes. He dresses as befits
a catholic priest, though an unusually well built one, and has a strong, soothing voice coloured by a
gentle Irish accent.
Selwyn McWhin, Duke of Southside
Yes?
Selwyn McWhin has officially been Duke of Southside for as long as most can remember, yet little is
commonly known about him. His domain, covering Ballsbridge, Blackrock, Rathmines, Dundrum, and
Bray, seems to be lightly managed though a fair amount of capital passes through his control, and a
great deal of effort is continually exerted to combat Sabbat incursion, especially since Bray falls
outside what is traditionally considered County Dublin. It is commonly agreed that he is a talented
and charming individual, though beyond that is anyones guess. In spite of this vacuum of
-
7/27/2019 Dublin by Night
5/23
information, however, there is surprisingly little gossip surrounding the man, and rumours about him
seem to die out before gaining any momentum.
The Duke of Southside is relatively reclusive, and so the dearth of information commonly known
about him extends to his appearance. He is a brown haired male of average height, but beyond that
descriptions differ and tend to run to the vague.
Alexandra White, Duke Of Naas and Rathcoole; Gangrel
Ive no patience for games.
Alexandra White, nicknamed the White Hart by her supporters after the form she takes in battle, is a
charismatic Gangrel of mixed English and Irish heritage who has led the kindred of the peripheral
region of Naas, located beyond the traditional boundaries of Dublin County, since the previous
Prince of the area was dismembered by a Sabbat Bishop. More than willing to swallow her pride for
practicalitys sake, she pledged her allegiance to the Prince of Dublin in return for the supportnecessary to keep the Sabbat threat at bay. The title of Duke is often said tongue in cheek, due to
the youth of the incumbent, by the elder kindred of the city, although those of the areas she holds
domain over think of her more as Prince. Control of Rathcoole was wrested from several squabbling
kindred, primarily to support Alexandras legitimacy as a Duke of Dublin, though it has brought a
modicum of wealth and influence with it.
The White Hart is a stunning blonde, tall and lithe, prone to quick, purposeful movements, with hair
down past her shoulders, clear, seeking, amber eyes, and long, elegant features. She plays to her
name, typically wearing white sleeveless tops and trousers, and seems to have a certain fondness for
silver jewellery.
The Primogen
While the Dukes administer and rule their respective domains, the Primogen gather to advise. Who
they advise, precisely, may differ with whom they happen to disagree with, and it is not limited to
Kindred outside their own group. They act as representatives for their respective Clans, and so are
supposedly available to bring issues to, but some are more receptive or available than others. Whips
can be chosen by Primogen to help them with their duties, both in meetings and without.
There are eight Primogen in Dublin; one each for the Camarilla clans and one for Clan Ravnos, a
position negotiated for long ago. Vacant seats are ostensibly filled through a process of democratic
vote by the Council, chosen from a minimum of three candidates nominated by their own Clan.
Paige, Nosferatu Primogen
Theres something you want to know, but theres something else you need to know; which will you
trade for?
Princess of Whispers, Mourner of Secrets, Paige has attracted a fair few nicknames over the
centuries, and she is undoubtedly aware of them all despite never moving from her place deep
beneath the streets of Dublin. Those wishing to benefit from her knowledge directly must travel toher sewer crossroads to petition her, though many choose to simply deal with her emissaries. Paige
-

is the reclusive leader of the Nosferatu in Dublin, and though their population has been recently
devastated she sees and hears no less of what goes on above. Considered and careful, she often
deals in favours, as well as information; those who insult her rarely face reprisal, other than being
barred from her services.
Paige is small and feminine in stature, perhaps even childlike. Unfortunately there are no details of
her known beyond that, as she wears heavy black lacy clothing, complete with veils. No-one has
seen her face, nor does she permit those who attend her on her raised perch to approach beyond
the edge of the chamber.
Roland Walker-Rose, Nosferatu Whip
Lord Gregory Exmoor, Toreador Primogen
This is no game.
Lord Exmoor is among the eldest kindred in Dublin, though he re-emerged from torpor only recently.
He was swift enough, however, to take his place once more as Primogen; of the Toreador of the city
he is undoubtedly the most interested in inter-clan politics and business. It is rumoured that he
holds deep grudges against some clans in particular. Acting as host for the elaborate game the
Toreador play out also helps insulates him from its potentially damaging effects, though clearing up
the messes and fallout produced by it does occupy a fair amount of time.
The Toreador Primogen is simultaneously cunning, ruthless, and unceasingly serious; he is not a
merciful man, nor does he permit any sentimentality to colour his judgement. He is a deadly enemy
at worst, and a temporary, double-edged ally at best, as he is historically noted as not hesitating to
use his supposed allies to their detriment in pursuit of his goals. Naturally, the kindred of the city are
doing their best to avoid him, and every Primogen on the council is keeping more than just an eye on
him. Since emerging, however, he has yet to make a move of any obvious significance or reveal any
motivations or goals, focusing on his wealth and business concerns instead.
Lord Exmoor is a grey haired, broad shouldered man in his 50s, though still possessing an aspect of
youthful strength and health. He is smart, though modern, in his dress but takes few pains over his
appearance; he wears no jewellery, nor possesses any personal accoutrements beyond a pocket
watch that he uses more as a social device that as an indicator of time.
Edwin Penrose, Tremere Primogen
Ive matters beyond your comprehension to attend to; could you hurry up and comprehend your own
point so we can finish this meeting.
Edwin Penrose is relatively young for a Tremere Regent, but perhaps more formidable for that fact,
having recently moved to Dublin from England to establish the Fifth Chantry of Dublin. He is
charismatic, but like all Tremere ultimately more interested in research than politics. Nevertheless,
he and Dietrich demonstrated great political savvy following the lifting of the centuries old curse on
official positions, seizing favourable positions for themselves and allies, allowing the Tremere tobecome a dominant power in the new political landscape of the city. How he manages his Chantry is
-

yet to be seen, as little time has passed, but as with any Warlock his potential opponents move
cautiously.
Edwin is youthful in appearance, but also slightly dishevelled looking, with medium length brown
hair and somewhat dated formal attire, bearing a scorch mark or two.
Luke Howard, Tremere Whip
I hope you like ladders
Timothy Gavan, Ventrue Primogen
Umsorry. What were you saying?
Timothy has suffered a lot as Ventrue Primogen, and has held onto his title tenaciously (and not to
mention thanks to a fair amount of Fortitude) in spite of it all. However, perhaps as a result, he has a
rather nervous disposition, appearing rather meek at times; when involved in conversation he mightglance around, startle, or entirely lose the thread, and he has been known to suddenly run
screaming without provocation. Nevertheless he performs his duties well, and is known to have a
firm hand on Dublins banking sector. He is competent, and for all his quirks he is still no Malkavian.
Timothy wields a fair amount of influence, even among the Primogen, though there are many who
speculate that the source of that influence is a certain Duke
The Ventrue Primogen cuts an unimpressive figure, being slightly short and a little on the skinny
side, though he tries to compensate in his clothing with his wealth (some might say
overcompensating). Beneath tidy dark hair, his small, light brown eyes often reflect his nervousness,
constantly darting around.
Rosa Sforza, Ventrue Whip Character by James White
My ways are not your ways: my ways are unfettered, ancient, and transcendent!
Rosa is, in many ways, something of an enigma: she is aloof but intense, withdrawn but
domineering, cool but proud. She moves within Kindred society in Dublin but remains apart from it.
Perhaps it is the hint of scorn in her voice when she says the word "Kindred", or perhaps the
sometimes alien manner in which she thinks and deports herself, or perhaps it is to do with the
rumours that the elders share about her but rarely pass down further than the most trusted ancillae.
Clearly neither born nor Embraced in Dublin, Rosa's presence in the city is largely unexplained,
although fledglings, neonates and younger ancillae are sometimes warned to tread carefully around
her. Two patterns that have been noted are that she is eager to discuss all manner of arcane lore
(woe betide the one who tries to fool her, though) and that she is equally eager to fight Sabbat;
several powerful Kindred would concede her competence if pressed.
Rosa is petite with small, delicate features. Although she is capable of affecting an air of submissive
femininity (mostly to dupe unwary mortals and foolish vampires), her natural mien is of chilling
severity. She dresses in dark colours, especially midnight blues, greens, greys, and black. Her clothing
is usually stylish and expensive but practical, almost always incorporating a hood.
Seymour Henry, Gangrel Primogen
-
7/27/2019 Dublin by Night
8/23
Hah! See if I dont just take you up on that!
Seymour Henry while by no means the most influential is certainly the most well heard of the
Primogen. He is a loud and hearty fellow with a deep chesty laugh, unafraid to offer his opinion on
any subject mentioned within his hearing and seemingly immune to insult. He is the longest serving
of the Primogen, having survived in the post despite frequent accidents and attempts on his life (a
consequence of the curse now lifted) and emerging mentally unscathed, which is more than can be
said for other survivors.
He has thick, wild, white hair and keen grey eyes, appearing to be in his 40s, with a large barrel chest
and thick set limbs. Despite the fact that his clothes frequently rip around his muscles he has little
care for what he wears, though he at least keeps himself clean, which is more than can be said for a
lot of Gangrel.
Caitlin Anwyl, Brujah PrimogenIll add it to my collection.
Caitlin is the youngest of the Primogen, though she has held her position for the longest of any of
them, save Seymour, and does a fair job of getting her voice heard in spite of her shortcomings. She
is particularly curious and inquisitive for a Brujah, having a keen interest in cultural artefacts and
local history (despite her Welsh ancestry), and is known to possess a significant collection. That said
she is also considered a hoarder, collecting at a rate too rapid to allow her to keep things properly
ordered, let alone investigated. She shows her clan colours, however, when exposed to those who
deface or damage anything with a modicum of history or culture.
Caitlin is short and scrappy, with light brown hair kept tied back. She typically wears jeans and long
sleeved tops, complete with a scarf and layer of dust.
Madeline Adler, Malkavian Primogen Idea by Rosemary Cripps and Simon Hall
Dont pretend you understand.
For all her apparent youth, the Malkavian Primogen is known to be of significant age and power,
though she has spent much of it elsewhere in Europe. Indeed she appears to have recently returned
to take a more permanent residence in Dublin, coinciding with the return of Prince Anna to the day,
narrowly beating Claire to the Primogens seat. She is widely thought to be a (perhaps suspiciously)
kind individual, often assisting other Kindred in endeavours without apparent benefit for herself,
though the few in the city who have had more regular contact with her seem reticent to describe
their dealings. Her motivations, not to mention her apparent sanity, are a topic of discussion among
the more openly curious Kindred of Dublin, though no-one has yet come to any conclusions.
Madeline has a rather feminine appearance, with pale skin, shoulder length, dark blonde hair, and
large, guileless, hazel eyes. She is relatively small, having been embraced in her mid-teens, and
despite her actual age chooses to dress in modern clothes appropriate to her apparent age, though
always modestly.

Kanja Dalal, Ravnos Primogen
The answer has little worth if you do not find it yourself.
One of a small number of Elder Ravnos purportedly inhabiting the city, Kanja has revealed himself to
be infuriatingly talented at answering questions in enigmatic or convoluted ways that when thought
about more often than not leave the questioner with more questions than they started with. He
seems to take a great delight in making other kindred think deeply about matters, and is
proportionately disappointed when they simply get confused or angry. His motivations remain a
mystery, but he revealed himself to take the Primogens seat, so must place some value in the
politics of the city, though to what end is yet to be hinted at. While exceptionally eloquent when
conversing in English, he has so far hinted at an ability to speak fluently in both French and Chinese.
He is relatively short, with a scholarly air and singularly mischievous smile. He typically dresses in the
achkan tradition dress, reflecting his northern Indian origins, previously shown to conceal a number
of daggers, at least while outside of Elysium.
Elysium
Sebastian Geary, Keeper of Elysium
Pleasant evening were having; Im sure youll keep it that way.
Sebastian seems to be a fixture at The Flats, only ever really seen elsewhere when attending
meetings or administering to Elysium elsewhere in the city. Yet for all his dedication he seems more
than happy to while away the time in conversation with whoever happens to be around. Urbane and
witty, he is unfailingly friendly without a hint of arrogance, and combined with a disinterest in
involvement with politics and feuds, he is viewed by most as an impartial confidant. For all his
friendliness, however, he has no problems with the responsibilities of his position, even when this
necessitates conflict; he simply acts without animosity as he must.
Sebastian Geary is a tall, cultured looking fellow, with styled brown hair (on the short side) and
piercing green eyes. He dresses well, but not ostentatiously, in white shirts with modern suits of
neutral colours; he has expressed his dislike of ties on multiple occasions.
The Flats (Location)
The Flats are located in the suburbs of North West Dublin, and are entirely encircled by a tall, thick
hedge maze. Within lie sprawling ornamental gardens surrounding a number of scattered Georgian
style buildings, the largest of which acts as the focal point for social interaction; the Copper Court,
after the metal used on a number of the fixtures (though not to be confused with the Princes Court,
held elsewhere). The Copper Court has a large, central hall with seating for informal gatherings and
discussion, complete with marble flooring, galleries, a cloakroom, and a reception where messages
may be left. Catering is available by arrangement, as are the many, secure stately rooms that occupy
the rest of the building. The other buildings are typically rented for private functions, but the
gardens are free to all. Given the flatness of the grounds it is easy to see if anyone may be
-
7/27/2019 Dublin by Night
10/23
attempting to eavesdrop, so many private discussions are held in lowered voices by quietly tinkling
fountains.
The Harpies
The position of Harpy has typically been an informal, though important one. It is a position of social
power that functions to keep those in power, and those who wish to be, on their toes. The Harpies
ensure that the forms of the Camarilla society are upheld, and that breaches in manners dont go
unremarked upon. That said, if a Harpy doesnt like you for their own reasons then that is entirely
your problem.
Erin Johns, the Fickle Socialite, Toreador
Calm down, now; you cant say you werent asking for it after wearing THAT.
A social butterfly in her youth, she rose in status to the point where she became a Harpy in all but
name; certainly her nature lent itself to the role. Demonstrating remarkable social adeptness(though variable artistic talent) she ran circles around the Toreadors elegant social game for a few
years before declaring herself bored of all the subtlety and leaping into the extended Camarilla social
scene, which she has been splashing around in ever since. After paying a little more attention to the
forms of the Camarilla she finally did take the position officially (or as officially as one can for an
unofficial position), even going so far as to spend a month trying to talk to the Findemna.
While she has demonstrated her loyalty to the Camarilla during her career so far, she has also shown
herself to be rather fickle, carelessly playing with popular opinion on whims. This has, of course,
earned the ire of some of the citys more powerful kindred but trying to do anything about has
previously been shown to be a lesson in futility, and as her actions rarely hold any malice, most have
long since learned to let go of any consequent grudges (or at least appear to).
Erin a face well suited to smiling, with high cheekbones and nut brown eyes, topped with shoulder
length black hair, kept tucked behind her ears. She is disposed towards languid movements, though
intrigue can get her moving quickly enough, and fashions that vary with her mood.
The Findemna, Malkavian
*Scratching of pen on paper*
While not Harpies in the traditional sense the conduct of these three women exerts its own social
pressures, enough that they are considered as such. None has ever been known to speak, nor have
they been observed to stop writing, and one always seems to be around to look over the shoulders
of those involved in important conversations. Given that none has ever divulged their name, they
have long since earned the moniker ofFindemna, due to their fair hair and apparent number. And
one can only hope that they are indeed of clan Malkavian, as so many thoughtlessly presume.
The Findemna are identical triplets in the prime of their youth, each possessed of the same slender
beauty, shoulder length, straight, platinum blonde hair, and passionless grey eyes. None is ever seen
without a writing implement and paper, typically in the form of a notepad and pen, nor have anybeen observed to wear anything but an impassive expression. All dress identically in smart-casual
-

clothing that does well to show off the figure of each, though none has yet been observed wearing
jewellery.
Places of Interest
Dublin is a large place but there are certain locations within it that are more important to its Kindred
than others. A few are especially noteworthy and are detailed here.
The End of the Line
While not strictly speaking Elysium (it is not officially recognised by the citys keeper) there is a
strong unwritten law underwriting the safety of those who conduct themselves properly, and the
serious consequences for those who do not. There are, however, a great many rumours about
whether unwritten laws alone uphold the protected status of the rusty halls.
The End of the Line is a collection of (seemingly) abandoned railcars collected in an overgrown
corner of a disused Irish Rail depot in Ballymount (under the protection of Duke McGoldrick). Itprovides an accessible meeting place for Kindred who dont care too much about the surroundings;
clans Brujah, Nosferatu, and Gangrel typically frequent its rusty halls.
The Circus
The Rack
The hunting ground of choice for much of the citys kindred, the dense region of bars and clubs falls
primarily within Old Bens domain, meaning it is strictly regulated and monitored for Masquerade
breaches, and none hunts there without permission.
Assamite
Assamites are present in every city, should one know where to look, and while they will accept
contracts their allegiance as a clan has never been to the Camarilla. Dublin, however, boasts a small
population of, at least ostensibly, Camarilla loyal Assamites. Perhaps chosen for the distinct lack of
Tremere influence at the time, Benjirou, now Duke of Northside, settled in Dublin not so long ago
with his acolytes. What bargains he made stood him in good stead, as they allowed him to rise to
claim domain over a sizable portion of the city, as well as granting him the standing permission to a
cabal of 8, including his acolytes.
Much to everyones surprise both he and his cabal have kept to the Traditions, at least as much as
any other powerful faction in the city, instead satisfying whatever need to kill they may have
through legitimate channels. Certainly there is an abundance of Sabbat around, and occasionally
within, the city that need dealing with, and contracts have previously been initiated by the Deputy to
deal with fugitives, though with the instatement of the Tremere Regent Dietrich to that position,
that is unlikely to be repeated. Indeed, there is likely to be political ramifications from the sudden
surge in Tremere influence and power within the city.
Andros, the Shaman
An individual finds himself impatient.
-
7/27/2019 Dublin by Night
12/23
Commonly referred to as Old Bens Wizard Andros has a deep interest in occult knowledge and
power. Indeed, whatever exploits he has involved himself in have left a lasting mark, as strange
supernatural ripples seem to follow in his wake. Rarely seen anywhere without a purpose, many
elders advise their childer to do their best to avoid him if encountered, and seek him out at their
own peril.
Believed to be of Grecian descent, Andros nevertheless favours kaftans, typically embroidered with
occult symbols, and is festooned with fetishes. He is never seen without his sword at his side and a
stern look on his aged face, outlined by his grey hair.
Pilar Volantes, the Antagonist
Have I got a surprise for you
As Andros is Old Bens Wizard, so too is Pilar Old Bens Warrior; surprisingly, perhaps, as she appears
to be a gentle girl in her early teens. Appearances are very deceptive in this case, and Pilar hasgrown to be a master of trickery, as well as tactics and combat. The tales surrounding her say that
she has never failed to kill a target, and that for each assassination she has made she has added a
golden pinhead to her belt; but then tales often follow the feared assassins, and given the number of
times her densely studded belt wraps around her waist that cant be true, surely?
She is often heavily involved in training the lesser members of Old Bens cabal, though she does turn
up in odd places around the city with alarming (at least for some) regularity, and is well known to
have a relationship with a number of Ravnos who she sporadically visits.
Pilar was born to Spanish parents, and appears to have inherited a relatively tanned Mediterranean
complexion, along with dark brown hair and eyes. She typically keeps her silky hair tied back at the
nape of her neck, while dressing in loose fitting trousers and belted tunic, typically favouring greens
and earthy colours. Her expression is equally as deceptive as the rest of her appearance; she usually
wears a warm smile.
Hamzah Rahal, the Bibliophile
The best scroll is an ordered one, with a minimum of repetition and a conciseness to the prose.
The third of Old Bens three acolytes, Hamzah is rarely seen by those outside of the cabal; he attends
to Benjirous collections of scrolls, books, and other documents, while constantly transcribing the
lessons imparted by the Duke or others, or knowledge collected. Consequently he is often jokingly
referred to as Old Bens Librarian, particularly by those too young to remember what transpired the
last time he ventured out of the city.
Hamzahs middle eastern origins are reflected in his features. He keeps his short, dark hair
immaculately neat, and for all his writing is never seen with so much a smudge of ink on his fingers.
His style of dress is given to frequent change, so little can be commonly said about it.
Brujah
-
7/27/2019 Dublin by Night
13/23
There are plentiful working class masses and downtrodden poor in Dublin, and it is from these that
Brujah are typically embraced. While the city of Dublin boasts large populations of Toreador and
Ravnos, and a fair few of clan Malkavian, the Kindred of clan Brujah can still claim to be the most
abundant. They can also, to their detriment, claim the shortest life expectancy, as many of their
ranks are neonates and young ancilla who concern themselves with the Sabbat who threaten their
city. This common cause to which they commit themselves does however help both to focus the
unrestrained anger of their younger members and foster a cohesiveness borne of camaraderie,
while those worthy of distinction gradually rise above their fellows to gain recognition. It also grants
them a level of respect infrequently seen in other cities in Europe.
The Rabble of Dublin can be extremely influential, at times coming together with suddenness to
weigh in on an issue, but they do not do so spontaneously. It has been made clear time and again
that Father McGoldrick is the heart of Clan Brujah in the city, and though it is not a position he
exploits unnecessarily he is clearly not a man to be crossed. Concerned for their position, many
Brujah also independently oppose Ventrue interests in Dublin, which makes for a harrowingexperience for those few that inhabit the city.
Patrick MacConnulty, the Guerrilla General
Ive always got a cause; you want to fight?
The typical Brujah stereotype of a rebel, with or without a cause, is embodied many times over in
Patrick MacConnulty. He is a churning pot of righteous anger, and though he seems to have causes
without count he never appears to run out of energy to pursue them. He has been known for picking
fights with Ravnos, with anyone of English heritage, not to mention any so-called High Clan kindred
that needs taking down a peg or three, to name a few; spending time in the city just gets him in
trouble. A certain hierarchy has asserted itself, however, and thankfully the Sabbat top the list.
Paddy spends his nights waging a ceaseless war on the Sabbat forces posed against Dublin, using
every hand he can get. He has gotten rather good at it, too, and so for all his troubled history (not to
mention the regular relapses) he has become relatively influential, at least within certain circles. He
is possessed of a coarse charisma that many find insulting, but which has endeared him to many
lower down on the social ladder, and has proven effective in leading the nightly battles against
Sabbat packs.
Paddy is a stocky fellow, powerfully built, with short, dark, auburn hair. He dresses only for
practicality, keeping to dark colours, and has a think Irish accent never uncoloured by a hint of
anger.
Caitiff
Common in any populous city and bolstered further by confused Sabbat escapees, the Caitiff are
considered a resource by the current Scourge, and one he exploits gleefully. They quickly find
themselves on the front lines, experiencing horrors theyd sooner avoid, though an obstinate few
find themselves in Samuels presence for an unfortunately long time, wishing they were on the front
lines. At the very least, however, they are given a chance, and from time to time one emerges from

the slaughter with sufficient experience and favour to begin climbing the social ladder to a modicum
of freedom (even if that ladder is slicked especially for them).
Robert Byrne, the Hunter
Only prey fights bare handed.
Robert is most politely described as odd, though given his status it is rare that another Kindred is
polite about him. Whether he was already that way, it is a lingering touch of Malkavian blood that
otherwise failed to assert itself, or he became that way through some run in with the Scourge or
other Lunatic is unknown. What is known is that his continuing existence is tolerated only due to his
exceptional skill with bow and blade, as he has managed to irritate a lot of people in addition to
being Caitiff; he is a regular participant in Sabbat countermeasures, though not initially through
choice, and has proven himself to be more than just a survivor.
Robert is tall and lean, with a pallid complexion only emphasised by his preoccupied brown eyes andthe dark brown hair which looks in need of a good cut. He is typically seen in fitted business clothes
of dark grey, complete with gloves and an assortment of weapons, a bow always among them.
Followers of Set
Setites are an endangered species in Dublin; for all the welcome they may receive from Camarilla
officials (not that that would be much, or at all friendly), some potent force seems to relish in
bringing them to their Final Deaths. Resultantly, all but the suicidally curious steer clear.
Gangrel
Ireland has some particularly beautiful natural landscapes, though many are subject to the presence
of Werewolves, and almost certainly the intrusion of Sabbat. Consequently the countryside around
Dublin represents some of the safest habitat for Gangrel in the Republic of Ireland at least. And
while the Gangrel are typically apolitical, given the Sabbat threat it is most clearly in the best interest
of those ruling Dublin to keep them there, and keep them happy. Accommodation is also made for
those who prefer to wander, both for the reasons above, and to weed out any potential Sabbat
infiltration. Consequently, the Gangrel population of Dublin is typically in flux.
Declan Taig, the Enthusiast
That sounds great! Tell me more.
Declan is an oddity of a Gangrel in a number of ways. Firstly, he is particularly gregarious, though his
excitable, curious personality puts off many. Secondly, according to rumour the curse of his clan has
affected him in an unusual way, endowing him with a variety of features that could only be
described of as aquatic in nature. He often frequents the bars and clubs of the waterfront, even
going so far as to claim domain over a few, though he doesnt press the matter with any kindred he
considers friend.
Declan is vain enough to conceal the outward marks of his curse at all times he is not prevented
from doing so. As such he is most commonly seen as a tall, slightly gangly, yet well dressed young
-

man with tidy ash blond hair and a wide grin set in a cleanly shaven, innocent face. Since he avoids
Elysium, seeing him otherwise is a rare occurrence.
Giovanni
The Giovanni are conspicuous by their absence in Dublin. Perhaps it is the weak and already tightly
controlled banking sector leaving them little of interest, or some active opposition, but even visitors
from this illustrious, if independent Clan are rare.
Lasombra
Dublin is surrounded by Sabbat which means more than a few Lasombra, making life difficult for any
independents or Camarilla Keepers who attempt to make the city home. That said, there is still the
occasional defector, though none resides in Dublin for the time being. Although, given time, that
may change.
Malkavian
The Lunatics have been a dominant force in Dublin, and indeed much of the rest of Ireland, for
millennia, and while tall tales of faeries can be safely ignored by any sane kindred, there is much that
they have accomplished in their history that warrants attention. In the modern nights they lead the
citys kindred effectively in defence against Sabbat influence, and are uncannily deft at avoiding plots
and political division that might weaken them and so provide the Sword of Caine a chance to strike.
Meanwhile it also commonly held that it is their actions that have made the entirety of County
Dublin a safe haven from Werewolf attacks. Still, there is much that is strange and incomprehensible
about their actions, and while some things have proven to be motivated by extreme farsightedness,
much that they do remains a mystery.
Given their primacy it is difficult for other kindred to avoid dealing with the children of Malkav,
giving the clan a greater social presence in Dublin than in many other Camarilla cities. However,
there are still those that avoid Malkavians in the interest of their personal sanity, and who is to say
that they may not be right. Certainly there is a significant quantity of apparently supernatural
phenomena that occur in Dublin on a regular basis; perhaps there is a connection
Claire Maire Luin, the Child
You should come play with me.
Claire is a child vampire and clearly plays to that fact in spite of her age, however even the nave find
it difficult to ignore the unnerving feeling common to those who speak with Claire for very long.
Certainly, asking around one might hear her described as a wicked, cruel child, a demon in a girls
body, or just plain creepy. Being followed by the traumatised looking Siobhan also does her few
favours, but then perhaps thats the way she wants things; or perhaps for all her apparent, menacing
sanity she truly has no control over the way things appear to be.
She has been an occupant of Dublin for several centuries, and amassed a fair amount of wealth and
power in that time; indeed she was recently narrowly beaten to the position of Primogen (a title shehad previously held, long ago), mostly due to opposition by others on the council. Nevertheless it is
-
7/27/2019 Dublin by Night

rare that anyone goes to her for a favour, and it would be difficult to find anyone who remembers
agreeing to play with her.
Claire appears to be a small child of about eight or nine with curly brown hair, and large, inquisitive
brown eyes. She has a small nose, set in a distinctly delicate, innocent face, and commonly wears
dresses of summer colours. Her voice has a singsong quality to it, which many find difficult to forget,
and she frequently skips around as she goes from place to place, leading Siobhan by the hand.
Siobhan, the Marionette
...please
Claires perpetual shadow, little is known about Siobhan; even her last name is lost to time. Siobhan
constantly wears a haunted expression and speaks but little. Her large brown eyes speak of volumes
of suffering and torment, while her small lips are commonly pressed together in pain. She has
shoulder length strawberry blonde hair and wears simple, slightly old-fashioned clothes that oftenlook a little worn.
Shane Ingald, the Historian
Yes, mnm, seven foot, would you believe?
Shane fancies himself a local historian, and truth be told he has been around for a lot of it, so could
be considered a good source for information on the past. Unfortunately his mind seems to have a
tendency to wander in a rather bizarre way; consequently the information given may not entirely
match up with what was asked for. He will often reply to completely different questions than those
asked, seemingly having a conversation with a different person. He was, until recently, the
Malkavian Primogen, a position which revealed his personal dislike of Samuel, though he was more
than happy to grant the title to another.
Shane is a portly, old man with watery, blue eyes and thinning, brown hair. He is usually smartly
dressed, though his clothes are often dated, faded, and bearing a stain or two. His hands do
occasionally shake, as if palsied, and he often carries himself with a nervous manner.
Andrew Frederickson
Elysant ONairn
Nosferatu
Elliot and Ellen Ebraith, the Binary Adepts
Would you mind facing slightly to your right? We like to look those making clandestine calls to us in
the eye.
Elliot and Ellen are twins endowed with significant skill with computers and electronic equipment. As
the Sewer Rats head techies they are rarely seen above ground, though they do make the
infrequent visit to The Flats. They seem to prefer their own company, too, being rather businesslike
in their dealings with other kindred, so little more is known. They do seem fond of showing theirskills and knowledge off, however, assuming theyre being paid.
-
7/27/2019 Dublin by Night
17/23
The twins features are distorted in a way reminiscent of wax sculptures allowed to melt a little
under an uncertain gravity; looking at one for too long often leaves one with a sense of vertigo or
nausea.
Ravnos
Dublin is unusual for a Camarilla city in that it supports a sizeable, stable population of Ravnos. More
unusual still is the clans apparent co-operation with the Camarilla, which at times borders on
outright support; the clan can even claim a member of the Primogen as their own. Rumours for the
reasons behind this abound, though a number of factors are readily apparent. For the more
migratory Deceivers Dublin is a safe haven, an island in a sea of Sabbat hostility, without which
safely travelling the Emerald Isle would prove beyond the abilities of many. This right of refuge has
been long established, though it doesnt come without conditions, the most obvious regarding
conduct in the city and strict self-policing for Sabbat spies. Additionally, a number of clan elders of
Indian descent have made Dublin their permanent home, for reasons known only to them, and theyclearly exert a strong influence on their brethren, which many suggest accounts for the order of the
otherwise chaotic clan.
Omana Ashtekar, the Sage
Wisdom you must find yourself, but I will set you on the path.
Omana is a scholar and sage of the Path of Paradox, though only those familiar with its tenets will
appreciate the irony (or meetness) of that fact. She arrived with the rest of the Indian contingent,
though has been the most involved with their Romani counterparts, apparently determined to
correct any philosophical discrepancies they may hold to. She is surprisingly willing to talk to others,
as well, though only about topics she chooses, and is more often than not confusing, rather than
helpful, as many have found to their disappointment. She maintains a Hindu temple in the far West
of the city amongst a small collection of Indian communities, where she is typically found, should
one wish the benefit of her insight.
Omana is a middle aged woman of Northern Indian heritage. She has long black hair, tied back in a
braid, and an alternately enigmatic and sleepy look about her. She is commonly seen in fine Banarasi
saris, of which she seems to have an unending supply.
Danny McGrath, the Cardshark
If you want an answer so badly why dont you play me for it?
Danny is one of the more independent Ravnos who frequent Dublin, having few ties to either the
Circus or the Indian contingent. He runs a number of gambling dens in the city where he can
occasionally be found playing for high stakes; only foolish Kindred, however, choose to play him
outside of Elysium with anything more than pocket change in contention. Having said that, there are
rumours that Lord Exmoor has been spotted playing with him on an infrequent basis, and there are
few whod dare call him fool. Indeed, the rumour goes that what Danny finds himself playing for is
the right to refuse the Toreador Primogen another match.
-
7/27/2019 Dublin by Night
18/23
The stakes that opponents play for are typically theirs to name, and are not always financial in
nature; Danny has proven to be very resourceful in getting winners the things they desire and for
more than a few thats answers to questions, or information from the many ears the Cardshark
seems to have to the streets. That said, few manage to best him at poker (his game of choice),
making him a rather wealthy man in the process. Although enough try that he has a permanent
game room reservation at The Flats.
Danny is physically a young man in his twenties, with flaxen hair and deep, chocolate, brown eyes
that see far too much. Hes given to wearing jewellery (all trophies), and suits, though not to
spending overly much on them, and has a silver tongue piercing that many attribute to an unsubtle
statement about his persuasiveness.
Abarta, the Ringmaster Idea by James White
Abarta is the leader of the small travelling Ravnos band that makes up the Circus Tuirenn. Only ahandful of Ravnos, most of whom are his childer, make up the leadership of the circus: most are
ghouls, giving them the flexibility to maintain the rides and acts, but when the sun goes down and
the Big Top thrums with energy, Abarta leads the Circus Tuirenn into the main event, acts which are
made all the more spectacular with the subtle assistance of some Chimestry and Potence-fuelled
ghouls.
Abarta appears in bizarre and sometimes discomforting paraphernalia and make-up, his true
appearance hidden and probably only known to those closest to him. His particular goals and drives
are shrouded in mystery, for he does not seem to like to leave the circus community. He is a source
of news from around Ireland and on more esoteric subjects for those with the right leverage.
Madame Osirisis, the ClairvoyantIdea by James White
Speak, you voices of wind and darkness!
Madame Osirisis is the clairvoyant at the Circus. She uses her powers of Animalism and Auspex to
seek out and draw in marks, many of whom continue to visit her for years and come to comprise her
mortal resources. She is an accomplished liar and excellent judge of character, so she need not
always rely upon her powers, although she isn't shy about doing so. Occasionally some subtle
Chimestry may be used to give the impression of "spiritual activity", although nothing so vulgar that
it can be easily dismissed. Although she is a trickster by trade, she usually knows when to rein it in
with other vampires. She takes special delight in flummoxing Followers of Set who are the most
likely people to pick up on her name's origins (a portmanteau of 'Osiris' and 'Isis'), and drives up her
prices and makes her information less reliable as appropriate.
Madame Osirisis' true appearance is difficult to discern, usually, drowned as it is by the dim lighting
of her tent, layers of outrageous make-up, and what appears to be twice her own weight in shawls
and veils.
Toreador
-
7/27/2019 Dublin by Night
19/23
Toreador are plentiful in Dublin, and have a long history of being so, in counterpoint to the Tremere
and Ventrue, though many are simply regular or irregular visitors. However, despite their numbers
their influence and power is considered to be relatively minimal; it is commonly said that they are
too busy worrying about each other, and indeed the Toreador of Dublin do seem to be more
concerned with social functions and feuds than the politics of the city. Yet to those within the clan
things are not so simple; the social battlefield of Dublin is a complex and elegant game, world
renowned, with many players from across the globe, fame and fortune on the line, and far reaching
consequences besides. It is not for the faint of heart or the unprepared and rare is the neonate who
manages to survive the machinations of their elders.
While the Toreador of Dublin are rarely observed to contribute directly to the protection of the city,
their financial support is invaluable in keeping the Dublin free of Sabbat. For their contribution many
Toreador enjoy a favoured status among Camarilla authorities in the city, in addition to protecting
their freedom to pursue their grand social game, though this has earned them the jealousy of many.
Elyse Scarlet, the Silversmith
Words are fleeting and paper crumbles to dust; when I wish to make a statement I work it in silver so
it will not be forgotten.
An inconceivably wealthy player of the game, Elyse is well known in all the right circles as the only
source for anything made with silver in Europe, and arguably the world, at least for those with any
taste worth mentioning. She is never short of potential buyers, but is well known to be difficult to
commission and dangerous to offend; one potential patron who lost his patience and made some
rather regrettable comments found his home citys Elysium gifted with an exquisite silver archway
that happened to have the most creatively ugly portrayal of his face worked in amongst depictions
of defeated Sabbat enemies. It was not long before he left the city in search of one where the
rumours had not preceded him.
Elyse is tall, slender and graceful, and richly dressed to suit the situation at hand, though she often
favours red. Her long hair is seen in a variety of styles and colours, making it often easier to
recognise her by the throng of wealthy patrons attempting to woo her for her services. That said,
her jewellery is uniquely distinctive and consistently breathtaking, such that up close there is no
mistaking who she is.
Iain Wrent, the Counterfeiter
And what could I make a reality for you?
The wayward disciple of the late, great Cedric Gallows, he spared little time in rushing in to pick up
the many contacts and thriving business left behind by his Sires death. Despite whatever differences
they may have had his work in producing forged documents, artefacts, data, and whatever else
seems to be in demand by his clients, apparently lives up to the reputation and standards set by his
Sire.
Iain has long sandy brown hair kept tied back by a silver knotwork decorated leather band. His keen, amber eyes rest above a long nose and typically knowing smile, while his long, graceful fingers are
-

usually busy at something. He dresses well in tailored shirts and trousers of normal colours, and has
a fondness for a light, grey, three quarter length coat.
Jenn Anderson, the Horticulturalist
Roses have thorns for a reason
A vocal conservationist in addition to a horticultural genius. She is one of the few people with
standing permission to enter Phoenix Park without fear of retribution, though how she convinced
Grinne to grant it to her remains a hotly debated topic. She has a friendly mien and pear shaped
figure, with russet coloured hair often held back by a clasp, and an inclination towards simple,
practical clothing.
Diarmuid, the Host Deceased
Come on in, have a seat.
Diarmuid was a well liked Toreador with aspirations of becoming Keeper of Elysium. He owned a
series of successful clubs in the south east of the city where he was also in the process of
establishing his own gathering place for kindred of the city. Recently hed even negotiated for
Sebastian Geary to declare it Elysium on a permanent basis; however his sudden disappearance has
halted development of this additional space. Whether he fell afoul of the treacherous, elaborate
game played by the Toreador in Dublin, or something more sinister is uncertain, but his wealth and
estates have already been redistributed, and the Flats remain as the meeting place of choice.
Luca Allen, the Sculptor
Working with tools is butchery!
Luca is a young star on the scene, though relatively removed from the great game of his clan mates
due to his havens location in Naas, within the White Harts Domain. He is known to have a fondness
for working with his hands, and an almost puppy-like loyalty to the Duke of Naas and Rathcoole. He
is young, with light, styled hair but an otherwise complete disregard for his appearance.
Tremere
Clan Tremere has had a great interest in Dublin for centuries, not least due to the frequent
supernatural phenomena that abound in the city, but has suffered from a series of rather
unfortunate occurrences. Four separate Chantries have previously been established before either
disappearing or being destroyed in one mysterious set of circumstance or another, with the Fifth
recently founded from the remains of the Fourth. However fortunes improve, and it appears that the
luck of the Warlocks is on the rise; the First Chantry has recently reappeared intact in the strange
turn of events that also saw the return of the Prince and the lifting of a city-wide curse.
Consequently there are now two Chantries in Dublin, an old and a new, though they appear to be
acting together for mutual benefit; of course, one should not infer that Tremere are normally given
to infighting from that. Rumour does hold that both Chantries are looking to expand, and perhaps
neonates will decide to incite rivalry, but for now that is not the case.
Maeve, the CultivatorCharacter by Russell Jones

Wolf'sbane is deadly when administered to mortals, but in your case I will settle for incapacitation
without the clouding of the mind brought on by other methods. Now, what do you know about The
Dagda?
Maeve is a slight girl with brown hair who looks in her early twenties. With her charity shop clothes,
environmental values and academic aspect, she is easily underestimated by the older inhabitants of
Dublin. Those who know her better are more wary, as they have seen her prodigious mastery of
obscure blood magics and her slightly deranged approach to problem solving.
Olaf, the Mighty
I will reclaim the axe of my ancestors!
Leena HmlinenCharacter by Gabriela Mizerija
I can hear what you're thinking.
As with the other Tremere of the First Chantry, Leena is still learning about the modern world and its
rules, and making a serious effort about it despite her natural resistance to change. Perhaps this is
due in some way to her superiors, as Leena has demonstrated an extreme, fanatical loyalty to her
Clan and the Camarilla, bordering on obsession, even in the short time since her emergence. That
said she has also displayed preferences for particular colleagues in her Chantry, seeming to shun
Olaf especially and often being seen with Luke Howard, the Tremere Whip.
She appears to be mute though clearly prefers not to show it overtly (she will not be seen with a
quill and a piece of paper, showing disgust at the very notion). Instead she facilitates communication
through liberal use of Auspex, either politely by requesting other Kindred to "let her in", or forcibly
to those she considers of a lower rank. This arrogant disregard for lesser kindred has caused a fair
few mutterings, though she seems confident in her position enough to ignore them.
Leena has the physical appearance of a woman in her early twenties, of average height and weight,
with long black hair and gray eyes. She dresses quite pretentiously, preferring long evening dresses
and footwear with no heels.
Tzimisce
The Tzimisce, as a founding clan of the Sabbat, are unwelcome in Dublin. Their unique, unnerving
discipline often leads even good natured individuals into depravity, and so even the rare Sabbat
escapee is encouraged to leave. That said there is a hint that at least one individual has made his
home in Dublin, though under the watchful eye of the Camarilla leadership.
The Chameleon
Who am I? ImJohn.
An individual distinguished only in that he (or she) is indistinguishable. The Chameleon changes with
each night, both in appearance and personality, though whether this is a faade or a consequence of
an unfortunate encounter with a Malkavian, none can say. Trying to find him would be like lookingfor a randomly changing needle in a stack of various, different needles.

Ventrue
Clan Ventrues presence in Dublin is relatively modest, though it was not always so; Ventrue
presence and influence became widespread following the development of English control over the
Pale. Unfortunately they had their political rivals, and a masterminded plot during the reign of King
Henry VIII saw them completely removed from the city but for a single, young member. While their
numbers have never increased much since then, their influence certainly has, though younger
members are more than a little aware of the opposition they face from other clans when attempting
to develop their own interests.
Under the patient leadership of the Duke of Swords, Clan Ventrue has become a potent, unified
force in Dublin, though their expansion has been limited through the former Prince Orlaiths
withheld permission to sire. Rumour tells of meetings between Prince Anna and the Duke, since her
return, to secure Ventrue support and resolve any lingering disputes, however, so the next decade
may see great change in the fortunes of the Blue Bloods. Certainly, whatever threats lie within thecity, the Sabbat lingers without, and as a cornerstone of the Camarilla that threat should take
priority.
Becky Rider, the Young Entrepreneur
Honestly, youd think I was a Lunatic for all they trust me with!
Becky Rider is a recent arrival in Dublin, apparently moved from somewhere in Scotland after some
sort of political fiasco involving her sire and another elder. Consequently she is little trusted by her
elders with anything important, though she is clearly keen to prove herself and finally escape
whatever circumstances forced her move. While clearly young and not used to wealth she has
shown herself adept at surviving in a city with an abundance of Malkavians, at least, and is busily
working away at carving her own niche out in the city. Whether she makes anything of herself is yet
to be seen.
Becky is a fiery red head, though she seems to be getting a handle on the matching temper. She has
soft, brown eyes set in a rounded, freckled face that typically wears an expression of sardonic
appraisal. She frequently wears tight fitting dresses of dark green or blue that show off her curves,
along with a smile whenever she catches any interested glances.
Unknown/Undeclared
Not every kindred in the city is forthcoming with their clan, though some are more determined than
others to keep that knowledge a secret.
Ghouls
Where you find kindred and kine together, you usually find ghouls, and while they may be plentiful
in Dublin a minority stand out, becoming deserving of individual mention.
Graham, the Legacy
Graham, given the name for want of something to refer to him as by someone apparently deficientin imagination, is thought to be an ancient, now independent war ghoul, heavily modified by an

elder Tzimisce and escaped into the city on his masters death. Some still consider him an urban
myth designed to frighten fledgelings, but none can deny that there are still many unaccounted
disappearances of young kindred in the city. Graham supposedly has large clawed hands,
occasionally reported as webbed, as well as a thick scaly hide.
Others
For those that dont fit into any other category, for one reason or another.
The Hedge
Perhaps it is simply overactive imagination, but the hedge does seem to communicate with
travellers, in its own way. Visitors to The Flats often come to appreciate that it doesnt do them any
favours to piss it off, for one thing, intentionally or otherwise; more than one kindred has wandered
in, never to return.
Whispers and HearsayKindred love to talk, and sometimes a listener might be inclined to believe. Whether there is any
truth to such remarks remains for individuals to discover.
Peter, the Rumour
Its just a rumour, nothing more;a persistent rumour, true, but theres nothing watching over the
End of the Line except for the people you see there, and maybe Caleb. You should just forget about
it. And whoever came up with the name was clearly not very imaginative.
Syd, the Curator
There are stories about Syd; tall, thin, and hidden in the woods where he keeps watch over treasures
and knowledge of immeasurable value. The wise do not listen to such stories, but occasionally,
through desperation, ignorance, or simple curiosity, someone seeks him out. Let us just say that if
any return with more than stories they dont seem to be telling.
