Depending on number of students choosing Dual Language for 6th grade, continue to maintain a balance/even distribution of ELLs and Dual students with the addition of general education students



- We have been in communication with both Warren Township and Grayslake High Schools regarding our Dual Language Program and how our students will transition into high school.

- FOR WARREN: Middle School Dual Language students completing the full 2.5 years of Spanish Language Arts plus their Spanish Core core class can access these courses:

- 9th: Honors Native Speaker 1- 10th: Honor Native Speaker 2- 11th: AP Spanish Language- 12th: AP Spanish Literature



Illinois State Seal of Biliteracy

-Recognizes high school graduates who have attained a high level of proficiency in one or more language in addition to English

-Seal will be Designated on a student’s transcript and high school diploma
