• Special Education: Education Specialist

• Mild/Moderate disabilities

*This program integrates the English Learner Authorization (ELA) which prepares candidates to teach English language learners and the Autism Spectrum Disorder Authorization.

• EDUC 100 A/B – Educating Students with Disabilities (2+1)

• EDUC 170 – Bilingual Education: Introduction to Educating English Learners (3)

• HLSC 136 – School Health Education (2)

• KINS 172 – Movement Education (3) or equivalent workshop

1) Teaching Credential supplemental program application (free)

• Complete application/documents AND submit hardcopy application/documents to CSUS as per directions

• This application will be sent to you directly

Writing proficiency

2.67 GPA minimum (2.75 last 60/90 units)

Some hours of experience with children
