TGT (ENGLISH) MALE, POST CODE·131/17IN DIRECTORATE OF EDUCATION.

The DSSSB vide its advertisement No. 04/2017 dated 22/12/2017 had advertised total 367[UR-180, OBC-93, SC-49, ST-45, including PH (OH-05, VH-06)] vacancies for the post of TGT(English) Male, Post Code·131/17 in Directorate of Education with closing date as 31.01.2018.Tier-l examination in offline written examination mode was conducted on 02/09/2018.

2. On the basis of offline examination of Tier-1 held on 02/09/2018 and having been foundprovisionally eligible as per documents uploaded in support of educational qualification, age etc inaccordance with advertisement NO.04/2017 and RRs for the post of TGT (English) Male, Post Code-131/17 in Directorate of Education, a total of 246 (UR·168, OBC·11, SC-45, ST·22 including 04 PH)candidates were provisionally nominated for the post of TGT (English) Male, Post Code·131/17 videResult Notice No. 429 dated 30.04.2019 and the candidature of 16 candidates (UR-10, OBC-01,SC-04, ST-01 including PH) was kept pending for want of deficient documents 1 clarification and theirdocuments were recalled w.e.f. 03.05.2019 to 12.05.2019 and 09 candidates under OBC categorywere kept pending for verification of their OBC (Delhi) status & 05 vacancies were kept pending forcourt case candidates.

3. Out of 16 pending candidates whose candidature was kept pending for want of deficientdocuments 1 clarification, 06 candidates have uploaded the requisite documents 1 during the period03.05.2019 to 12.05.2019 and found eligible as per RRs. Further, 09 candidates under OBC categorywhich have been kept pending for verification of their OBC (Delhi) status are also being nominated forthorough verification regarding their OBC (Delhi) status at the level of the user department.

4. (i) Accordingly, in continuation to Result Notice No. 429 dated 30.04.2019, the candidates, asdetailed below, are also provisionally selected on the basis of offline examination of Tier-1 held on02/09/2018 and having been found provisionally eligible as per documents uploaded in support ofeducational qualification, age etc in accordance with advertisement NO.04/2017 and RRs for the postof TGT (English) Male, Post Code-131/17 in Directorate of Education.

5. The selection of the above candidates shall further be subject to genuineness of thedocuments on the basis of which they have claimed to have fulfilled all the eligibility conditions asprescribed in the RRs and terms and conditions of advertisement inviting applications and subject tothorough verification of their identity with reference to their photographs, signatures/handwriting etc.on the application form, admission certificate etc. The candidature of the above candidates areliable to be cancelled by the User Department also, in case the candidates are found not to befulfilling the terms & conditions of the advertisement inviting applications for the said postcode. The decision of the User Department regarding the eligibility of the candidate shall befinal and binding on the candidate.

6. The user department shall also check the eligibility of the reservation benefit, if any. Further,if applicable, User Department shall verify the genuineness of the Caste Certificates furnishedby the candidates prior to issuing offer of appointment to the candidates.

7. The User Department shall also get the SC/ST/OBC/PH/ExSM/etc. certificates verified fromthe Issuing authority. Further, if applicable, User Department shall also verify the genuineness of thecaste certificates furnished by the candidates prior to issuing offer of appointment to the candidates.In case of the OBC candidates, it may also be verified that the candidate does not belong to creamylayer of the schedule of Govt. of India, DoPT C.M. No. 36012/22/93-Estt. (SCT) dated 08.09.1993,C.M. No. 36033/3/2004-Estt. (Res) dated 09.03.2004 and 14.10.2009 and C.M. No. 36033/1/2013-Estt. (Res) dated 27.05.2013.

8. The Competent Authority of the Department concerned shall issue the appointment letters tothe candidates after being satisfied about his eligibility as laid down in the recruitment rules and afterverification of the correctness of the information/documents as furnished in the application form and e-dossier vis-a-vis the original documents related to Educational Qualification, Age and other essentialCertificates as per instructions issued by Govt. of India in this rerar 'de MHA C.M. 9. The user department shall ensure that the appointment made is in conformity withDoPT guidelines and instructions of Govt. issued from time to time.

10. The candidature of the following candidates are being kept pending for want of deficient /requisite documents in the e-dossier. These candidates are being given 2nd & final opportunity w.e.f.13/12/2019 to 22/12/2019 to upload the requisite documents, failing which their candidature will berejected and no Further opportunity will be given on whatsoever ground:-

11. Further, the candidature of two candidates bearing Roll No. 2650004297, 2650002894 whowere rejected vide rejection notice no. 431 dated 07/05/2019,have been revived and kept pending forwant of deficient documents in the e-dossier. The candidate bearing Roll No. 2650002497 has toupload CTET certificate qualified in 2016 & candidate bearing Roll No. 2650002894 has to uploadCTET certificate qualified in Elementary level w.e.f. 13/12/2019 to 22/12/2019.

12. The e-dossier module link for the above purpose shall be activated from 13/12/2019 to22/12/2019.

13. The result process for the above post code stands closed in all respect except 08 pendingcases as referred above & 05 court case candidates.

14. A waiting panel has been prepared and shall be valid for one year from the date of declarationof result i.e. upto 29.04.2020 as per earlier result notice no. 429 dated 30.04.2019.

15. Mere inclusion of name in the result notice does not confer any right upon thecandidate over the post.

16. The category wise marks obtained by the last selected candidates have been given asunder:-

Note:- In advertisement no. 04/17, in para-2 (vii) - Mode of Selection (Examination Scheme), ithas been mentioned that "If there are two or more candidates in the same category havingequal marks in the examination, the candidate older in age will get preference.In case of further tie, candidate having higher marks in Section "A" of the test shall bepreferred".

17. While every care has been taken in preparing the result, the DSSSB reserves the rightto rectify errors and omissions, if any. a18. This issues with the prior approval of the Competent Authority, DSSSB.,
