A. Polar Pack

Flexible refrigeration cold packs and nontoxic used for safe transportation of temperature sensitive products which require cold room condition to maintain quality, effectiveness, freshness and integrity. GeIpacks have a high cold retention capacity as compared to wet or dry ice. These are long-lasting and economical providing superior protection for temperature sensitive material.

This is best used for transport of fresh foods, truffles, fish, seafood, meat, fruit, flowers, etc. up to 36 hours.

B. Polar Pack- Gel Bottle

These gel packs are ideal for use when rigidity or reusability are required while also providing a more reliable shape when frozen when compared to flexible film gel packs.

Nontoxic robust and resistant cold pack, rigid HDPE thermal (bottle form) cold pack offers excellent performance in terms of resistance to breakage and compression. Reusable and designed to maintain products at refrigerated temperatures throughout the cold chain, the Gel bottle provides resistance to breakage and compression.

Used for refrigerated transport of vaccines, pharmaceutical products, reagents, serums, insulin, samples and other heat-sensitive products that need to be transported at refrigerated temperatures.

C. Polar Brick

This international quality Foam Brick (also known as ice bricks, gel bricks, and foam bricks) are made of Phenolic Foam is superior in cold retention, outlast all our other refrigerants due to an even rate of heat absorption. Ideal for tightly fitting packaging configurations, when used with properly insulated containers will maintain cold room condition upto 48 hours.

Globally popular because of its ability to retain its shape, light weight and excellent cold retention properties. The thermal mass of the gel coupled with interior insulation ensures the stability of the refrigerated temperature system, preventing freezing temperatures and any sudden temperature changes.

Foam used is non-toxic and non-carcinogenic and are totally safe to handle. It has the capacity to retain its shape even in frozen condition and is ideal for use in containers having close dimension. Suitable for transporting products at refrigerated temperatures, such as vaccines, insulin, biological samples, reagents, medicines and perishable products. Given the cold pack's flexibility and the possibility of its manufacture in any size it can be adapted and made to fit any packaging and/or product.
