Rotocone Vacuum Dryer

Rotocone Vacuum Dryer is a new dryer that integrates mixing and drying in the one body and equips with condenser and vacuum pump. Therefore, the vacuum drier is formed (if the solvent does not recover, the condenser may be not used). The drier is advanced in design, simple in inner structure, easy for cleaned, to discharge all raw material, convenient in operation, lowing the strength of labor and improving work environment. It can widely apply to dry raw material of pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, and foodstuff industry.

Fluid Bed Dryers

Fluid Bed Dryers are most suitable for drying granular, crystalline, coarse or similar material in Pharmaceuticals fine chemicals, food & allied industries.

Operation:

The wet material is introduced into the dryer, batch of material in product container which is provided with air distributor plate and Dutch mesh. Induced draft is created by the blower and fresh air is sucked into the unit. After filtration clean air passes through heating elements. This hot air then passes through the product container creating turbulence in the product and hence the product moves up & down in the product container. Due to this the heat transfer is quick and product is drier fast without appreciable loss of heat. Filter bags prevent particles escaping from dryer.

Heating:

Fluid Bed Dryers can be supplied in electrical heating/steam heating or hot water circulation system.

Drying Time:

The drying time depends upon various factors such as physical properties of material, moisture content, type of moisture. Generally pharmaceutical granules containing free moisture.

Safety:

All parameters are considered for Man, Machine, and Material safety. FBD is provided with explosion flap and pressure relief valve, in case of excess pressure is relived through the explosive vent located on the rear/top of unit. Other than SS all other material like Gaskets, Teflon silicon tubes, etc. all are food grade. All the measuring instruments are calibrated. M.O.C. > SS304/SS316

Vacuum Tray Dryer

Are suitable for drying of thermal sensitive material easily resolved, polymerized or deteriorated under higher temperature. Sterilization can be conducted prior to the drying process, during witch no matter is allowed to enter the product. Static vacuum dryer eliminates the configuration damage of the drying material, there for widely used in pharmaceutical, chemicals and foodstuff etc.

Dial/digital vacuum and temperature Indicators is provided on the suction line

Temperature Indicators are provided at inlet and outlet of water circulation

Sight Windows, vacuum break valve and isolation valves are filled on the vacuum tray dryer

Tray Dryer

We offer a range of Tray Dryers that are used for the best drying results in conventional process. These dryers are provided with double walled cabinet (one/ two doors) and the gap between two walls are filled with high density fiber glass wool insulation material to avoid heat transfer. Stainless steel trays are placed on the movable trolleys. These dryers comes with a dynamically balanced axial flow type blower fans that are provided for air circulation in the drying chamber during process and also with a control panel board with process timer.
