Please set correct ribbon size through the driver settings, as the default for most

printers are 4x6.

Q2. What to do if printer shows ‘Ribbon Type Mismatch’ error when I use K

ribbon (for instance, CS-200e)?

Please make sure the option of Using K is selected to "Black/White" or "Dither".

Q3. Where can I locate any ICC profiles? I’m using Lightroom 4 and

PhotoShop.

Please find the ICC profiles located at the following folder:

Library/Printers/HiTi/Profiles/

Q4. How do I uninstall and install driver on MAC?

Select HiTi's printer and click button as attached file to delete it.

After all HiTi's printers are removed, run driver installer to install again.

Yes, HiTi driver supports 64-bit applications since OS v10.6 (not OK on previous OS

Please right click on preview.app -> get info.

There's a checkbox for 'open in 32-bit mode'.
