The free Lexium MDrive Software Suite includes

a user interface GUI for product commissioning

and programming via a PC. Programming is

with MCode, simple 1 to 2 character instruc-

tions. Equipped with a 1000 line (4000 count/

rev) encoder internal to the unit. The Encoder

performs stall detection, position maintenance

and index mark homing. It also monitors motor

shaft position for real time closed loop feedback

via hMTechnology.

A cost effective, high performance bi-polar two

phase micro-stepping drive utilizing pure-

sinusoidal current control. Suited for the appli-

cations that require low noise and reduced mo-

tor heating. Pure-sinusoidal control eliminates

current ripple, which causes vibration, noise

Motion Perfect v3 is designed to make setup, diagnostics, com-

missioning and using the E404 Motion Coordinator as simple as possible. It provides the user with an easy to understand Win-dows based interface for rapid application development, con-troller configuration and monitoring of controller processes.

TrioBASIC is a multi-tasking programming language used by

the E404 Motion Coordinator. The syntax is similar to that of other BASIC family languages.

BASIC Program Editor. Simultaneously edits the controller

program and a copy on disk - programs do not need to be downloaded after editing. Windows style editor with Cut, Copy & Paste - uses the Windows clipboard so information may be pasted between programs2 axis Delta systems are programmed in familiar Cartesian coordinates while the complex axis position calculations are taken care of by the E404 Motion Coordinator.

Comprehensive set of move types supporting multiple axis

coordination as well as simple single axis moves. This includes linear, circular and spherical interpolation as well as cam pro-files and software gearboxes.

IEC 61131-3 Program Editor. Function Block, Structured Text,

Ladder and Sequential Function Chart methods. (IL not sup-ported) Run IEC and BASIC programs at the same time.

CAD2Motion is a program designed to allow users to translate

CAD generated two dimensional motion paths into TrioBASIC programs.

The Trio ActiveX component provides a direct connection to the

Trio Motion Coordinators. Expandable I/O modules on CAN.

Trio MCLoader is a Windows ActiveX control which can load

projects (produced with Motion Perfect) and programs onto a Trio Motion Coordinator. Removable Storage by Micro SD card up to 16Gbytes.
