During the past 3-4 m

s are extremely good

with very good scientific m

aterial. Theattendance for m

any of these programs also

has been very encouraging.T

he Kerala Society should evolve

methods by w

hich we can get feedback of

many of these C

ME program

s. We can also

keep a list of all the topics that have beencovered in this year’s C

ME program

s andsuggest certain topics w

hich have not beencom

pletely addressed for the subsequentyear. This w

ill give more exposure to a

comprehensive O

phthalmologist. W

eshould understand that the purpose of anyC

ontinuing Medical Education program

isto update a practicing com

prehensiveO

phthalmologist and Post G

raduatestudents of recent developm

ents inO

phthalmology. The know

ledge that anO

phthalmologist gains by attending these

CM

E programs should be of help during his

day-to-day clinical practice. Therefore it isnecessary that w

e get the feedback fromattending O

phthalmologists as to w

hat theyexpect w

hen they come to attend such a

meeting and w

hether our programs are able

to address these issues. It would be a very

good exercise if the Kerala Society is able to

conduct such a feedback analysis andthereby im

Meanw
