Project 81 Pre-Amble

• Project 81 is a 70,000 hectares contiguous land package covering 12 townships located2-3 km north of the world class Kidd Creek Mine celebrating its 50th year of production.

• Airborne EM & MAG Geophysical Survey has recently been completed over the entire 12townships.

• Airborne Gravity Gradiometer Survey is currently being conducted over the entire 12townships

• There are in excess of 4000 anomalous responses with 1822 targets, resulting in 532unique bedrock targets within 94 anomalous trends, throughout the Project Area

• In addition there are 22 Priority #1 trends (5 in Crawford) and 41 Priority #2 trends (17 inCrawford) that require follow-up exploration and refinement.

• Priority #1 trends are described as discrete, well-defined bedrock conductors with goodstrike length.

• Priority #2 trends are described as good, bedrock response with good strike length.

Crawford Township Property Pre-Amble

• Crawford Township Property contains a total of 17 discrete HTEMconductor trends, some of which are very continuous and some whichare discontinuous (not present on every line but having the same strikedirection). There are both Cu-Pb-Zn and Ni-Cu-PGM trends to consider.

• Trend 15 is a good example of Cu-Pb-Zn potential. The trend has a strikelength of 2.2 km and was tested with only one drillhole by Canico back inthe 1960’s – Drill hole 25049 intersected 0.46% Zn over 8.7’.

• Trend 7, is another example that covers a strongly magnetic feature thatis likely a very large peridotite intrusion. This anomaly was never directlydrill tested, but nearby drilling encountered over 1,500 ft of mineralizedhost rock grading up to 0.4% Ni (NI-CU-PGM Potential)

• Trend 9 is an east to west conductor, located in the SE corner of TheCrawford Township Property and has a strike length of 1.1 km. The bestpart of this anomaly was not drill tested. Drill holes 25073 & 25074 testedthe eastern margin of this anomaly.
