allowing for greater administrative discretion at campus level

Summary● Dress should be modest and respectable at all times.● Intended flexibility will be granted but only insofar as it meets the
criteria.● Full enforcement will go into effect Tuesday, September 17, 2019.● Administrators will continue to provide clarity to students who aren’t
adhering to the dress code.● Consistent enforcement is a top priority throughout the year to ensure
a safe, orderly learning environment.
