Event Rooms are assigned based on the anticipated number of guests.The Mobile Marriott reserves the right to change room assignments if

there is a fluctuation in the number of guests.

The Ballroom Rental Fee is included in the per person package price.A rental fee will apply if a wedding package is not selected.

Set up time will be scheduled appropriately prior to the start of your event.

MenusOur menus include a wide variety of choices to appeal to your guests.

Included you will find suggested menu items. Customized menus are also available.

One Complimentary Taste Panel for up to 4 people will be arranged byyour Certified Marriott Wedding Planner.

The Mobile Marriott is responsible for the quality and freshness of foodand service to our guests. All food and beverage must be supplied,

prepared by the Hotel and consumed on the premises.

We can provide a special menu for children ages 10 & under.

BeveragesWe offer a complete selection of beverages to compliment your event.The Mobile Marriott is the only licensed authority to sell and serve alcoholon the premises, governed by the Alabama Alcohol Beverage Control

Board. Therefore, by law, alcohol is not permitted to be brought into theHotel by outside vendors or individuals. The Hotel reserves the right to

refuse service to any guests that appears to be underage, without legalidentification or appears to be intoxicated.

Special Catering ServicesWe’d be delighted to offer guidance and assist you with planning your

bridesmaids’ luncheon, rehearsal dinner, florist, photography, video,entertainment, transportation and hotel rooms or suites.

LinensThe Hotel currently provides white floor length linen. Should you have aspecial requirement, we will be happy to make arrangements to rent orpurchase linens to suit your needs. The cost of the rental or purchase will

be charged accordingly.

Event GuaranteesAll details pertinent to your event will need to be finalized

One Month prior to the event date.

Your food guarantees are due 72 Hours prior to your event day.

When a guarantee is given, this will become the final guarantee, notsubject to reduction. If the actual attendance exceeds the guaranteenumber, additional charges per person will be added to your final bill.

DepositsA 35% non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve your

event space and is due when signing the contract.

Final PaymentPayment of all charges is expected 10 Business Days prior to your event.

A credit card will be secured for any additional expenses that mayoccur.
