WHAT IS A DREAM CATCHER?

• Dream Catchers are meant to “catch” your bad dreams

• They can be made many different ways

TODAY:

We will be making dream catchers using Geometric Shapes!

By the end of this activity, I want each and every one of you to be

able to identify at LEAST two different parts of the shapes you

choose for your dream catcher.

• Has three angles

• Has how many vertices?

A HEXAGON….

• Is a polygon

• Has six congruent sides

• Has how many angles?

• Has six vertices

A STAR….

• Is a polygon

• Has 10 congruent sides

• Has 10 angles (can you find them?)
