Social conditioning Cow milk, made for cows, was never meant
for, or consumed by humans until recently Cavemen were not hunting down and
sucking off cows, never meant to drink milk Lies, hundreds of millions in advertising,
milk is horrible for your health Up to 13% pus, blood, piss, feces, scabs, etc
in your average gallon of milk Protein? Over 75% is casein, also known as
industrial glue, sticks to your intestines, watch what comes out when you stop drinking milk

Raw vegetables have tons of live water in them
Fruit as well (low sugar is better such as grapefruit/lemon/limes)
Drink more water, stop drinking soda/juice. Tea is good, and raw fresh squeezed juice

healthier than the Mcdonalds regular Sweat every day Work out 6/7 times a week, 20 minutes a
day, CHANGE YOUR LIFE, gives energy Aerobic/anaerobic Look into high intensity training or find a
friend work out with for weights ALWAYS warm up and cool down (slurpee
effect/lactic acid pooling) Do your homework, form is everything “no drama”-nautlius
