PROFILE OF AN OCAD UNIVERSITYSTUDENT Coming into your organization, every student will have their own unique skills, abilities and prior ex-periences upon which to draw. As a baseline, the undergraduate students participating in curriculum-based internships will have a minimum of two years of university education. While each area of study develops discipline-specific knowledge, an intern-ship should allow students room to acquire on-the-job learning. To compliment this process, students come prepared with varying degrees of the follow-ing core assets:- Creative mindset- Critical thinking and analytical skills- Concept development and research competencies- Communication strategies- An understanding of your - Discipline-specific technical capabilities
