Take Care ofYourself
Regardless of how you spend the day, I hopeyou can find some time to take care of
yourself. Let your partner take care of yourchild for a bit. Go do something you've been
wanting to to, but have been putting off.
Maybe you'd like to do something specialwith your family. Are there any trips you've
been wanting to make either someplacenearby or farther away? Maybe you'd like to
go for a hike or have a picnic? Is there aplace that means a lot to you that you'd like
to share with your family?
