It is my pleasure to welcome engineers regionally and internationally to the 2nd
International Engineering Conference to be held in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia, which will be held under the Patronage of His Excellency, Dr. Majid bin
Abdullah Al Qasabi Minister of Commerce and Investment.
This initiative will be the largest gathering of engineers in the kingdom of Saudi
Arabia, to enhance the engineering standards, transfer knowledge, bench mark
the best practices implemented whilst at the same time discussing the challenges
and innovation in the engineering sector.
The Saudi Council of Engineers is committed to support and execute initiatives in
line with Saudi Arabia›s vision 2030. The International Engineering Conference
will have 9 dedicated engineering tracks spanning from Artificial Intelligence and Smart Cities, Mechanical Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing, Electrical
Engineering and Smart Grids, Sustainable architecture, Communications
Engineering and Cyber Security, Industrial Engineering, supply chains and local
content, Renewable Energy and Environmental protection, Project Management
and its governance, Safety Engineering and Fire Protection This platform will
allow engineers to communicate, learn and build relationship to work towards a
common objective of achieving the 2030 vision.

The 2nd International Engineering Conference and Exhibition is one of its kind, focusing on
enhancing all the aspects of engineers within the kingdom, bringing in international experts
and professionals to benchmark the best practices and strategies implemented worldwide.
This platform will play an important role towards bridging the gap between the engineering
institutions, academics, organizations, association and technology providers.
The Conference will have 9 dedicated tracks towards multiple engineering disciplines with
over 150 speakers along with 9 key note speakers who are experts and leaders in their
respective fields and is expected to attract 3500 professionals to share knowledge and expertise, along with a ministerial panel session.

• Your paper should be in the framework of the objectives and themes of the conference
according to the conditions and criteria of scientific research.
• The number of pages should not exceed (10) pages, size (A4), including footnotes,
references and appendices.
o For papers written in Arabic, you should use (Microsoft Word) and the font should be
(Traditional Arabic) measured: 16
o For papers written in English, you should use (Microsoft Word) and the font should be
(Times New Roman) measured: 12
o For both of them, the page margins, from the top and to bottom should be (2.54 cm), right (1.5 cm) and left (2.5 cm).
