will be traveling around to see whos home has the most “Christmas Spirit” and
makes the “Really Nice” list. Could it possibly be YOU?

I hope each of you had a lovely Thanksgiving. It's hard to believe how fast the year is flying by. It will be 2014
before we know it. We have a lot of events coming up in the next few months and hope that you will join us for all of
them. This month we have a special event for everyone,
participate in or just bring yourself for a fun
December 15th at 5pm .We will begin at the Driftwood Country Club, 94 Gelpi Ave. T
hay. We will drive around the neighborhood singing Christmas Carols. PLEASE BRING A FLASHLIGHT. This is
the time that we give out prizes for best decorated houses and best decorated doors in Driftwood so get your great
decorations together. The week before the hayride the board will be riding around looking at your houses and doors to
make their decisions. Afterward, we will return to the club for refreshments.

45th Anniversary of the Driftwood Parade. The theme of the parade is "Everyone Falls in Love With Driftwood".
We are hoping that we can get as many of the former Kings and Queens as possible to

woman who have been on or are very active in the Civic Board, Country Club Board, Galatas Booster Club, Girl
Scout or Boy Scouts. Someone who has brought a lot to Driftwood through their community spirit and actions. We
