Reporting to the General Manager Operations, you will have full accountability for factory operations and technical service functions for the business. Increasing production efficiency, reducing downtime and improving manufacturing responsiveness will be your primary goals. You will be a key member of the Operations Leadership Team, driving employee engagement, safety, quality, productivity, cost effectiveness and environmental performance across our three sugar milling factories. You will hold an Engineering or Applied Science degree. A very competitive remuneration package will be provided.
