makes any express or implied representations orwarranties whatsoever concerning any propertyin the catalogue, including without limitation,any warranty o merchantability or tness or aparticular purpose, except as specically andexpressly provided in these Terms o Guarantee.

Prior to the sale, the buyer must provide us withhis or her name and permanent address and, i sorequested, details o the bank rom whichpayment will be made.

DoyleNew York charges a premium to the buyer on thenal bid price o each lot sold at the ollowingrates: 25% on the rst $50,000 o the hammerprice, 20% on the portion rom $50,001 through$1,000,000, and 12% on that portion o thehammer price exceeding $1,000,000. PICK-UPS

Once your payment has been cleared, propertymay be released. Unless otherwise agreed byDoyle New York, auction purchases should bepaid or and picked up at Doyle New York within48 hours o the auction. Items let beyond the48 hours may be subject to a storage ee (seebelow). Please note that the hours or removal oproperty are Monday through Friday rom 8:15amuntil 4:45pm, except on auction days duringwhich only purchases made that day may bepicked up. As a courtesy to purchasers who cometo Doyle New York to pick up property, DoyleNew York will assist in the packing o lots,although Doyle New York may, in the case oragile articles, choose not to pack or otherwisehandle a purchase. STORagE FEES

Pursuant to section 8 o our Conditions o Sale,we request that successul buyers collect theirproperty within two business days ollowing thesale. Should the property (except jewelry, coins,stamps or as announced by the auctioneer)remain on our premises or more than 31 daysollowing a sale it will be transerred to anindependent warehouse on the buyers behalat the purchasers risk and subject to storagecharges at the purchasers expense. Astranserred property will no longer be in DoyleNew Yorks custody or care, Doyle New York willnot be able to assist you with pick-up or shippingarrangements. To avoid storage charges, pleasearrange or the removal o your purchases as soonas possible.

Please Note: Transer to a Storage acility ouncollected purchases past the 31-day graceperiod will constitute delivery o the property tothe buyer in New York State. As a result, buyer will

be liable to pay New York State Sales Tax i nottax-exempt.
