•Funding for building façade and/or stabilization improvements made to properties encourages reuse of vacant or underutilized properties, improves appearance, and supports the long-term viability of Downtown Orlando.

•Up to $5,000 for the North Quarter, Eola, and CBD Planning Areas.•Up to $10,000 for the Parramore Heritage Planning Area.

Proposed Improvements –190 S. Orange AvenueThe applicant is requesting $20,000 in DFBSP funding for facade improvements, which include a blade sign and restoration of the front entrance exterior lights. Total project costs estimated at $84,153.
Recommendation
The Façade Grant Review Committee convened on April 12, 2017 and made a recommendation of approval for funding assistance of up to $20,000 to be used towards the proposed improvements to 190 S. Orange Avenue.
