• You have there education that will be delivered in conference, from a local level, as well as education you should deliver locally between conferences.

What next?• Educate your TLs/oldies about our national drivers and about your

local ones.

• Then, sit together with them, and make a plan about how these strategies will be put into practice, on your different projects.

• Do this until the end of the summer (31st of August), to make sure your are not just doing what needs to be done, but also change what you want to change
