Campus.uno is the Management Information System that serves as the backbone of theorganization’s operations. It gathers data to improve quality of the infrastructureof the organisation. All the students, faculties and staff are given individual loginID and password to perform the activities like • Employee record including theirprofessional achievements • Monitoring of attendance and work load of faculties • Toassess the student performance i.e attendance and internal assessment marks • Issuingof course material, assignments and presentations to the students • Information ofactivities, events, students performance and attendance status to the parents

CRITERION I – CURRICULAR ASPECTS1.1 – Curriculum Planning and Implementation
1.1.1 – Institution has the mechanism for well planned curriculum delivery and documentation. Explain in 500 wordsUniversity will communicate with the institution by sending the action plan for the academic year
through “calendar of events” of every semester to the affiliated colleges. Taking this in to accountprincipal will instructs to prepare college “calendar of events” after discussions with heads of thedepartments. The semester plan consists of commencement date and last working date, proposed dates
for conduction of the internal assessments, workshops, seminars, industrial visits, cultural, sports,etc. and others planned events. The faculty members of various departments develop academic plans
such as timetables, lesson plans, student database, laboratory manuals and course files, etc. for theacademic year. Identification of below average students and motivating them towards excellence intheir academic performance by taking remedial classes. Allocation of the subjects to the faculty is
done taking into consideration, the faculty subject specialization, experience and their willingness.Regular mentoring is carried out by the faculties and grievances if any, suitable remedial measuresare taken as and when necessary. The institution conducts academic audit of attendance registers,internal exams, question papers and evaluation process. The faculty is encouraged to impart the
curriculum through innovative teaching methods such as presentations, assignments, discussions andalso by arranging workshops, seminars, and Hospital visits apart from regular/traditional teaching
methods. The academic review meetings are held twice in a semester to review the progress of syllabuscoverage and the effectiveness of the instruction delivery. The parent-teacher meetings are held toreview the progress of syllabus coverage and discussion on performance of the student. There is a formal mechanism to obtain feedback from students on a regular basis. The feedback is alsoobtained from the students and the remaining stakeholders and their views are considered to bring inthe appropriate timely changes in the system. During the reformation of the curriculum universityinvites the representative from the college to put forward the view on behalf of all the stakeholdersof the Institute. The senior faculty would participate from the institution and share the feelings ofall the stakeholders, which would help in enriching the curriculum and to bring the new changes inthe syllabus and the environment. It helps learners to maximize their potential at different stagesof training, raise their awareness of strengths and areas for improvement, and identify actions to betaken to improve performance. The most effective leaders actively seek feedback to enhance theirperformance. It has strong links to employee satisfaction and productivity. People like to feelinvolved and identified with their organization. Effective leaders have good listening and emotionalawareness they understand the impact that their behavior has on others.

It will help toencourage the students to face the situation with ease of great confidence and to guide them to go in right career path. It also improves the
StudentTeacher Relationship. The Process as follows: i) In mentoring process, around 15 students are assigned for each faculty members. ii) TheMentor will guide and help the students in their academic related problems by doing the counselling periodically. iii) All the students will meet
their faculty mentor individually and get the guidance. If it is required, faculty mentor may contact the student’s parent at the time ofmentoring hour to discuss about the student behaviour and academic activities. iv) Each Faculty will maintain the mentormentee meeting

2.5.2 – Reforms initiated on Continuous Internal Evaluation(CIE) system at the institutional level (250 words)As Per VTU norms, Institution conducts Three Internal Assessment Test to reckon the students academic
progress. And, Three Assignments also will be given for each subject and marks will be awarded.Internal Assessment Test Marks will be sent to the parents through ERP Software. The Institution alsoconducts student feedback process every semester to improve Teaching, Infrastructure and the entirelearning experience for the students during their tenure. The Student’s feedback is considered as avaluable source of information to measure their level of satisfaction. Parents are invited at least
once in a semester to discuss the progress of their wards. This is in addition to the regularmonitoring of the student’s progress by their faculty mentors. The faculty mentor regularly interacts
with the assigned students to monitor and improve the progress of each student and the same iscommunicated to the parents.

• The college ensures optimal allocation and utilization of the available financial recourses formaintenance and upkeep of different facilities by holding regular meetings of various committees
constituted for this purpose and using the grants received the college as per the requirements in theinterest of students. • Laboratory: Record of maintenance account is maintained by lab technicians,Lab In charge and supervised by HODs of the concerned departments. • Maintenance of laboratories areas follows: The calibration, repairing and maintenance of sophisticated lab equipment’s are done by
the technicians of related owner enterprises. • Library: 1. The requirement and list of books is takenfrom the concerned departments and HOD’s are involved in the process. The finalized list of requiredbooks is duly approved and signed by the Principal. 2. Suggestion box is installed inside the readingroom to take users feedback. Their continuous feedback helps a lot in introducing new ideas regardinglibrary enrichment. 3. To ensure return of books, ‘no dues’ from the library is mandatory for studentsbefore appearing in exam. 4. Other issues such as weeding out of old titles, schedule of issue/ returnof books etc. are chalked out / resolved by the library committee. 5. NGL software with KIOSK usingRFID are used in Library. • Sports: Regarding the maintenance of sports equipment the college sports
in charge is deputed. During the session 201819 college participated in Cricket, Kabaddiintercollegiate championship. During 201819 VTU sportsare organized by college. • Computers: 1.
Centralized computer laboratory established toenrichthe students. 2. Institute used ERP software formaintaining student data base. 3. Each Department having appropriate computer for their requirements.4. Internet and WIFI Enabled campus. 5. Open access journals facilities are available. • Classrooms:
1. The college has various committees for maintenance and upkeep of infrastructure. At thedepartmental level, HODs submit their requirements to the Principal regarding classroom furniture and
other. 2. The management allots fund for maintenance the infrastructure. 3. Estate officer andAdministrative officers will take in charge forstudent’sacademic requirements. • Additionally: 1.
There is lab instructors in every department, who maintains the stock register by physically verifyingthe items round the year. 2. Department wise annual stock verification is done by concerned Head ofthe Department. 3. Regular maintenance of Computer Laboratory equipment’s are done by LaboratoryAssistant along with Laboratory attendant and they are headed by the faculty incharge. 4. Regular
cleaning of water tanks, proper garbage disposal, pest control, landscaping and maintenance of lawnsis done by Institute Group D Employees. 5. College campus maintenance is monitored through regularinspection. 6. Upkeep all facilities and cleanliness of environment in men’s and women’s hostel is
maintained through Hostel monitoring committee. 7. Outsourcing is done for maintenance and repairingof IT infrastructure such as computers, internet facilities including WiFi and broadband. 8. Updating
of software’s is done by lab assistants. 9. Outsourcing is done for the maintenance of wooden,furniture, electrification, and plumbing. 10. Regular maintenance of the water.

1. Academic functioning: The college inculcates the culture of collective responsibility amongst itsfaculty members and the constitutive departments. The college delegates authority and providesoperationalautonomy at various levels. Under the supervision of Principal, and Heads of the
Departments are empowered and the departments are provided academic autonomy a concrete step towardseffective decentralized governing system. Each department is assigned with a responsibility to
prepare academic planner and schedule of activities, Timetable, designing and assigning of studentprojects, to conduct workshop/handsontraining programs/guest lectures on areas prioritized by thedepartments. 2. Administrative functioning: The administrative responsibility distribution and
monitoring are handled by the Principal in tandem with the management authorities. Though budgetpreparation is an administrative responsibility, individual budgets are prepared at departmental

The VTU has done central valuation system so there is no provision to reveal the answerscript of student and also mark attainment to the respected institution. The
institution has initiated the centralized internal examination system through which tomaintain uniform and a systematic way in framing the question papers, schemes and
solutions, evaluating methods and these things will also be reviewed by the heads ofthe department at every stage. Necessary instructions will be provided if there is anydiscrepancy it will be discussed in the department IQAC meeting and necessary solutions
will be taken. Principal, Institutional Exam coordinator and HOD’s of all thedepartments collaboratively conduct meetings and orientation for faculty members and
supporting staff of the Institution for smooth functioning of examinations andevaluation process. Information regarding supervision duties, rules of answer sheetevaluation is done with proper time by the staff members. Internal examinations are

Human ResourceManagement
The Institution has been a backbone for many allround activities to ensure a healthyenvironment for its employees. Cultural Programmes are conducted under Staff Academy tomotivate and spread positive energy in the college campus. In this league programmeslike Yoga Day, Women’s Day are also organized for stress management and awareness.
Teaching faculties are given Duty Leave to participate in national and internationalconferences. To upgrade and enhance the standards of academic environment, Permanentteaching faculties are send to various refresher, orientation and Short Term coursesand some departments of the Institution also conducts refresher , Faculty DevelopmentProgramme and Short Term Courses. Institute has established its distinctive approach towards this comprehensive Vision, which is sounique and proprietary to the Institute that it is a part of the Institute’s Intellectual Property inthe form of a trademark. The idea started as Education Process ReEngineering (EPR) which has four
faces, viz. (a) Excellence in Academics (b) Exploration of Knowledge through Research (c) Excitementof Innovation Entrepreneurship (d) Exponent for Development of a Rounded Personality with Global
Vision and Social Responsibility. a. Excellence in Academics: A high quality of academic excellencecan provide valueadded experience for the students. commitment to offer high quality teaching through: • Synergies between Research Education Activities• Research Based Learning Teaching The Course based projects, Social impact projects by the institute
provides the knowledge regarding cutting edge technologies, enabling the students to carry outinterdisciplinary research. The Research and Consultancy Centre, of the institute is equipped with
advanced level research Laboratories to facilitate the academic and sponsored projects. c. Excitementof Innovation Entrepreneurship: The institute provides a platform to business Startups to develop
their ideas into commercially viable products. The students encourage and motivated to participate inthe Entrepreneurship Awareness camps to get awareness about Entrepreneurship Career to reach of
chairman’s motto “Be a Job Creator than Job Seeker” and the best ideas are rewarded. The ACSCE hastaken an initiative to setup Innovation and Incubation Cell by collaborating with Pongu VenturePrivate Limited for incubating the new products and also make the students to work on innovative
project ideas. ACSCE encourages the stakeholders to incubate the selected projects, by providing theseed money and infrastructure based on their credentials. ED Cell crucially works on generating theexcitement in the young engineering brains to produce innovation and thus laying the stones for
entrepreneurship. d. Exponent for Development of a Rounded Personality with Global Vision and SocialResponsibility: Participation of students in CoCurricular Activities (CCA) and Extra Curricular
Activities (ECA) helps to enhance all rounded personality to strongly face the turbulent road of thefuture. Experiences and appreciations gained through these activities assist students during
internships. Career guidance, Personal counselling, Training are well structured through a MentoringTraining and Placement (MTP) centre. Since the Vision of the Institute focuses on technically skilled
managers, innovative leaders and environmentally receptive citizens which leads to allroundperformance by assuring global standards through valueadded education and interdisciplinary research
