AnHcipaHon:  The  Missing  Competency

There  is  a  method  for  teaching  you  how  to  be  anHcipatory  in  your  work,  regardless  of  whether  you're  a  leader,  a  manager,  a  team  member,  regardless  of  the  size  of  the  organizaHon,  even  if  you're  just  a  one-‐guy  company.  This  is  an  online  learning  system.    We've  broken  down  how  to  be  anHcipatory  into  learning  modules  of  single  concepts.  One  is  very  short,  single  concept  videos  -‐  and  I'm  talking  very  short,  three  to  four  minutes.  Secondly  then,  we  have  a  rapid  applicaHon  tool  and  the  rapid  applicaHon  acHvity  is  to  help  you  apply  the  concept  to  your  work  right  now,  because  if  you  don't  apply  it  to  what  you  do,  frankly  you  aren't  going  to  learn  it  well  and  you're  probably  not  going  to  use  it.
