- The rally program including ride times and schedule
will be sent out prior to the start of the rally. Stall assignments should be included. - Get detailed directions to the Rally location and stabling entrance before you leave home. - Stall assignments should be posted at facility entrance or end of barn. Names usually on stall as well. - Parents can help you unload or hold horse, but not set up. - Take care of your horse, then check in and get your packet and pinnie at the show office.

- The rally starts with a Competitor / Parent briefing. - Plan to allow time to unload and set up your stall.
- Come to briefing with your pinnie, armband, and helmet. * Rally officially starts one hour before briefing*

---Helmet Check--- Bring your helmet to Briefing.
They usually do this right after the briefing. You won’t be allowed to ride if they don’t fit properly. Eyebrows must move up and down with the helmet.
You should be able to only fit one finger between your chin and the strap.

Be prepared WAY before your time.
Don’t be late! • Know the correct riding attire – formal or informal -for your level. • See the horse management rulebook for specifics. • Ask your DC if you have questions. • Tack should be clean , safe and correctly fitted. • Pony should be CLEAN !

Checking Scores Listen for announcements about scores being ‘posted’
Some rallies have a ‘text message’ system to advise you of important information and announcements.
Check your riding and Horse Management scores.
You have a limited time window to check
and sign off or challenge your score.
Score inquiries are made by your team
captain to the Horse Management chief
or Technical Delegate.
