Built in 1901, the Russell-Cotes Museum was originally home to the Mayor of Bournemouth, Merton Russell-Cotes and his wife, Annie. The couple lived in East Cliff Hall as it was originally named, until they presented it as a gift to the people of Bournemouth along with the art collections within
