ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONA nonrefundable deposit of $175.00 is required to secure a date and time for your event. Payment of your event is due in full 30 days prior to your event. Floral orders, upgrades and special requests should be finalized 15 to 30 days in advance of your wedding date. Floral arrangements, photography and videography are included in many of our wedding packages. Outside professional services are discouraged. Please consult with a Coordinator for more information. Officiant services in English are included in your wedding package. Services in French, Spanish, German, Cantonese, Mandarin, Tagalog and Hebrew may be available for an additional charge.
CANCELLATION POLICYThe initial deposit of $175.00 is nonrefundable. If you cancel your event more than 30 days before your wedding date, you will receive a refund of all funds except the initial deposit of $175.00. If you cancel your event less than 30 days before your wedding date, all funds are nonrefundable.
ARRIVAL TIMESThe wedding couple should arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the event. (Please consult a Coordinator for specific arrival times if you would prefer not to see each other prior to the start of the ceremony.) All other wedding party members and guests should arrive 10 minutes prior to the ceremony. Please allow yourselves extra travel time to ensure you are given the exceptional experience you deserve. If an event is more than 10 minutes late due to the late arrival of the wedding couple or any guests, you may be subject to a late fee of up to $200.00 and/or your event may have to be rescheduled for the following day, pending availability.
