• We provide “Fixed-Line” service to corporate customer, with telephone number given, for call in & call out purpose recognize by all operators.
• Service launched on 1st April 2005, the pioneer IP TELECOM in Malaysia.
• Awarded the Operator License ASP216/2006 by Malaysia MCMC.
• Leading the Malaysia’s IP Telecom industry.
• Expanding the infra & network by setup the nationwide copper & fibre infra covered the entire Malaysia, inclusive West Malaysia & East Malaysia.
VOICECOM IP Telecom (Technology)
Setup : VOICECOM Single Line Direct (VOICECOM Fixed-Line)> VOICECOM circuit (or VC circuit) : 1 VOICECOM VC circuit can cater up to 20-to-100 phone lines.> The point-to-point VC circuit is a dedicated fibre cable OR copper cable, install into customer’s premises.
The VC circuit is a dedicated voice circuit, not relevant for data purpose.

* VOICECOM PLUS is an extensive enhancement service, where redundancy infra / network access provided. It automatic measure& route the traffics between the circuits. Hence it enhance the redundancy & service level of call to upgraded grade.* No bill will appear on Telco billing.
Integration Setup* VOICECOM line can setup with stand alone (direct), as in previous slides.
* VOICECOM line can integrated into customer’s existing Telco line & system, as in next slides.
