Our world is full of symbols and pictures that represent common words and actions

Take a few moments to reflect:

• Think about how you see the values in action in your particular work environment: whether by you, or by a fellow employee.

• You may prefer to think about the values in action in your home environment.

• Choose one of these values; and draw a picture or symbol to represent that value as it relates to you.

In Summary

Reflect on the visual images under each value and take them to heart. Each picture portrays a unique facet of that value. Putting the pictures together provides a well-rounded visual definition of what that value means – putting all six values together weaves a powerful image of how a System is living its Mission.
